Water Damage Restoration reviews in Aiea, Hawaii

Kelvin is a competent and knowledgeable technician who came to my apartment several times because of water and smoke damage from a recent fire. Initially he assessed the extent of the damages to carpeting, ceiling, walls and personal property. He explained the process by which ServPro mitigates the damages. He provided helpful suggestions for filing claims. Later, he methodically checked the equipment – a dehumidifier and an air purifier – and took measurements to determine the machines’ effectiveness. He again checked the equipment and removed the dehumidifier after determining that it was no longer needed.
Through it all, he was professional, courteous, and well spoken. He was thorough and conscientious as he went about the various tasks. Mahalo Kelvin and ServPro!

Ronald, Pharo, and Allen from ServPRO was a major help. They came out during this Thanksgiving weekend. They were clean and made sure all questions were answered.

Allan from ServPro of Kailua attended to our emergency. He did an extraction of water in our unit. Did a walk around to evaluate the situation. Started the mitigation process by setting up the dehumidifier & air scrubber for drying. He g
ave us good & helpful information. At this point, we recommend ServPro for their attention to detail.

Philip and his team were awesome by clearing out our storage unit from a fire some units away from ours. They carefully pulled out all items in the unit and then vacuumed, wiped, and mopped down the entire unit from any debris and ash. Then they cleaned off all the debris from the storage bins and boxes inside, and then carefully put it back in the unit. They worked quickly and efficiently and was a well organized process. Thank you, to Philip and your team for taking care of and cleaning up the important items stored in the unit.

Pharo and Allen have been very patient, considering my home is a cat rescue. I wish the insurance had arranged for leak detection first because the drying machines were here too long

Seki and Allan completed the flooring demolition and carried out the mitigation process. Allan set up the drying equipment and performed daily monitoring until today, when the machines were removed. Raj conducted the final inspection, which went very well.

I highly recommend SERVPRO for any future water losses in your homes or businesses.
