Allen and Raj did a very thorough inspection of the damage caused to our apartment by a water pipe leak and set up mechanical devices for extensive drying of the water soaked areas. We were very happy with their prompt and courteous service.

Heather is an absolute gem! Thank God for her and the service Servpro provides. Even the ladies at billing, Karina and Nika were super sweet and understanding as I accidentally gave them the wrong zip code for my card which added an extra day to the process. We appreciate all the help and care as this has been difficult navigating mold in our storage room where we had our son’s baby memorabilia. Heather removed our items and cleaned our things, ensuring they were mold free when dropping them off to us. Servpro was called to mitigate water damage in 2 bedrooms. Because the entrance into the attic is very small, it required a person of slimmer stature to do the job. Philip was that man. He came up on his day off, missing one of his son’s rugby games and quality time with his family, to put my mind at ease.
