Chris found the replacement part that several other companies told us wasn’t available. He came back and fixed our dishwasher immediately. We had him service an ice maker. No fuss and a great, clean repair. We referred a couple of our friends who also were completely satisfied.
BEWARE these guys are scammers their whole thing is getting the diagnosis fee. I called for them to come out and look at my washer, talked to Chris Woelfel. He scheduled an appointment for the next day, then canceled he said he got done early and left my area before my allotted time so he wasn't going to make that day, I SHOULD OF GONE WITH SOMEONE ELSE. So we rescheduled. Then he texted 2 hours before the appointment and apologized and said he forgot he had a doctors appointment. So I did a little Google search on the issue I was having with my washing machine, my search narrowed down the issue to the lid lock mechanism. So when Chris call me back and said the he was in the area I told him that I wanted him to look at the lid lock mechanism. He comes out to the house and tells us that he can't get the codes off the machine and that the circuit board was fried new circuit board $250 his additional labour would be $200 a total of $450 and that it would be better for me to buy a new machine. That i owed him $150 for the diagnosis, I paid him then I looked up the lid lock mechanism on Amazon $11 so I ordered it just to see. 2 days later I installed it and the machine works perfectly. I contacted Chris and told him that I wanted my diagnosis money back because he was way off on his diagnosis, he told me I got a good deal $150 for his diagnosis and $11 for the part, remember he told me that the circuit board was fried and it would be better to junk it and buy a new one, then he hung up on me and block my calls. I'm convinced that they make their money on diagnosis fee convincing customers that its not worth fixing their equipment, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY YOUR ONLY GOING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF FIXING ANY THING THEY ARE JUST THERE FOR THE $150 FEE IF HE SCHEDULES 10 HOUSE CALLS A DAY THAT $1500 JUST FOR RUNNING AROUND COLLECTING FEES WITH NEVER INTENDING TO FIX ANY ONES MACHINE STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMER. read the reviews We try are best to run great service but for this customer to go on and think we run service for free here in Hawaii ? if we gave back service fees we would be out of business. (True if your business was collecting fees only) customer called back and said he fixed unit him self with a $11.00 part (hum) ( HUM what i sent you a video of the machine after i fixed it) if that is true then why did he call us out for service? ( because your suppose to be professionals) its like getting free advice (your advice was to junk the machine the circuit board was fired and it would cost me $450 to repair) for his problem that is why we cant give refunds back. (cause you will go out of business, because you had no intention of fixing the washer.) If i was a attorney ( you would of been disbarred as a fraud) giving advice it would cost more than 150.00. Customer is a DYI guy( yes i fixed the washer with the help of youtube with an $11.00 part, after you told me that it would be better for me to buy a new washer,) you cant make everyone happy. Have had my dryer serviced a few times with no issues. 1st time the belt was out & had to order from mainland to replace it. The new belt came with 2 years warranty, which he came out to replace recently free of charge. He has also replace the rolling wheels in the dryer for movement sorry I don’t know the correct name for them. He’s a 1 man show unless he’s got a tech helping him. So if you call or book online you can usually get serviced within 1-3 days. Some parts just aren’t on island so things have to be ordered from the mainland bc there’s a million types of appliances. Nothing but good service & I would say affordable pricing. $150 to get him out to your residence and then that goes for parts and labor if things need to be serviced. Mahalo for the help Chris with our dryer.
