Mr. Misha (AKA Mike) did an awesome job fixing my water damaged baseboards and kitchen floor! He came to my place for an estimate, but he was capable of finishing all jobs at once right away. He was very capable and paid attention to all details. I will definitely call him again for my next project: kitchen floor renovation.

Professional, timely, respectful. We needed someone who would do the work the right way, without cutting corners- and they delivered! I keep hiring them again and again to complete a renovation on the Windward side. They helped install new windows/trim, hung a bunch of drywall, repaired hardwood floors, and a re-did a complete bathroom- floor and wall tile, shower glass, paint, and hardware. We hired Rudenko Construction, dba Top Level Construction, to fully renovate our daughter’s one-bedroom condo—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a full down-to-the-studs kitchen remodel, extensive work in the bathroom, complete removal of the unit's popcorn ceiling, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, brand-new doors, and two fresh coats of paint on every wall.

We got three bids, and Top Level was competitively priced. Their bid was also by far the most detailed—almost a line-item outline of the entire scope of work—which gave us a clear understanding of what to expect and a lot of confidence in their process. They came out on a Thursday to look at the unit and had demo work underway by the following Tuesday. I reached out to Rudenko Construction from yelp last week Tuesday, I got a response super quick and the next day I got what I believe to be a reasonable quote from them. We put our deposit in and they came this past Wednesday for what was supposed to be a two day job changing a 10 foot long piece of siding out from wood to hardee board because we had wood rot. They finished in one day! They were super nice, very communicative and organized, clean and orderly. Their manager came to set them up, then came after to inspect and take our final payment. I usually am leery about hiring people we or one of our family or relatives don't know, so I'm so happy the high reviews on yelp were correct. They did a beautiful job and if I had to do another project I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

I had four different areas to be repaired around the house. Dmytro came out and did the walk around assessment of the areas. I probably received proposal for the job. 3 days later Slavec was on site doing the job. He completed the work on time and to perfection. He was very polite and respectful, also leaving our place clean of any leftover discards. I will not hesitate to call again if I have a repair or Home Improvement project to be done. Great experience with Top-Level Construction!

Good experience with our  bathroom remodeling. Back time we had one guy with little bit cheaper proposal. Finally Ivan with his team must to redo 50% of everything which he done.
