I have been using Clean Carpet Rx for years. Stephen always does a great job in cleaning my area rugs and white sofa! Mahalo Stephen!

We used clean carpet Rx for a move in cleaning last week and Nick and Francis did an excellent job. They were extremely patient with the on post gate access process and I am still amazed at all the dirt and pet hair that they were able to remove from our carpet. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are AWESOME!!!! Super professional, courteous, friendly, and more than fair prices. I had a 8am appointment and the techs were there by 745am. They even beat me to the house. I was running late due to a car accident and they were completely understanding and patient. The carpet came out FANTASTIC and they were in and out in 1 1/2 hour flat!!!! EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Before the awesome gentlemen from Carpet RX came to my house I was worried that they wouldn't be able to get the red dirt stains out of the carpets on my stairs for my move out inspection, but let me tell you, these two men did an amazing job. Nicholas and Francis did what I thought couldn't be done. They made our carpets look brand new and left them smelling amazing to the point that you would even know that dogs use to live in this house. They were professional and respectful and made sure that I was satisfied with the work they did. I highly recommend this company and I hope you guys have the pleasure of getting the two gentlemen that cleaned my carpet, for your carpet cleaning. The price was just in my price range and their work exceeded the price I paid. Trust me you will be beyond satisfied with this company.

This is the second time Clean Carpet Rx has cleaned our 10+ year old off-white carpet. Stephen worked very hard on the traffic patterns and stairs and it looks much better! I recommend his services!

Steve was great! He was very informative, did a great job, and was also able to get out the stains embedded in the carpet. I am very satisfied with the company and will add them to my contacts for future use!

Wish I had done this years ago! Stephen was excellent to work with and cleaned area rugs, all our lanai Sunbrella cushions and a musty allergy producing chaise lounge I love and was too expensive to recover. But most importantly he cleaned and treated our large lanai indoor/outdoor carpeting that our old dog had urinated on. It looks brand new! No horrible strong chemicals and he was very neat and professional to work with. Highly recommend him and his company. Thank you!

Great service, professional, and low prices. I needed to get my carpets cleaned before moving out, so I googled carpet cleaning and saw Clean Carpet RX. I always check yelp to verify the company and read reviews and wow, I was so amazed at all their 5 Star reviews. Booking the appointment was super easy and Stephen was very nice and answered all my questions. I got a text message when the crew was 30 minutes away from my house and I could track the crew as if it was Uber! I loved this because I didn't have to wait at my house for them to arrive. The crew, Lionel and Nick also called me letting me know they had arrived. Both guys were well dressed, knowledgeable and made my carpets like new again. I was pleasantly surprised at the level professionalism from this company and have now recommended them to all my friends and family. Thank you Clean Carpet Rx for making my move out easier than expected!

Highly recommended. A little pricier than other options, but worth every penny in my opinion. Excellent professional service. Nick and Francis were on time in the quoted window, communicated clearly on the phone beforehand and showed up ready to work. The service was very fast and convenient (Done in less than an hour). I have very light colored carpet and the movers who came the day before left black oily spots all over the place. I was sure my apartment deposit was gone forever, but Nick and Francis didn't quit until every bit was back to the original color. They even rehabbed the flattened "high traffic" area in front of the couch. My carpet is like new again. Thank you Nick, Francis and Clean Carpet Rx.

This is a fantastic company. We have been using them for years. The owner and his team are fantastic. Good Value. Everyone who comes into our home thinks that we have new carpet. It's not new but Clean Carpet RX has made it look so good.

My couch looks brand new now! Before Steve cleaned my sectional, it was disgusting and way past due for care. It was coated in pet hair and had been the victim of multiple spills and accidents. Frankly, my spouse just wanted to start fresh and purchase a new couch.
Now our old couch seriously looks brand new and there isn't even a hint of the old stains. I'm very grateful for the attention to detail and service Steven provided!

Stephen of Clean Carpet Rx was able to accommodate our request to have the carpets cleaned in a vacant unit of ours on short notice before the new tenants moved in. He did a fantastic job and was even able to remove stains that were previously on the carpet. Very professional and efficient.

I highly recommend Clean Carpet Rx! This is the second time we used their services; first for a rental property last year, and a few days ago at our home. On both occasions we received spectacular customer service and superior carpet cleaning. Steve squeezed me in this week after I shared I had concerns about a stain and had a tight schedule. He called us the morning of the service to give us an ETA, then shared his location so we could track his arrival. His expertise on stains is amazing, and he is completely honest about which stains he can remove or not, or perhaps just lighten. He worked neatly and expeditiously and shared some of his carpet care tips with me when I asked about various concerns. He even went above and beyond by treating and removing a stain from my daughter’s area rug that was recently delivered in a damaged, partially open shipping box. He was there to clean our living room carpet, but when we showed him the area rug that was folded up in the adjacent room and asked his advice on the stain removal, he kindly offered to clean it for us and just requested that we lay it out next to the living room carpet he was working on. Our living room carpet looks and feels amazing and has a subtle fresh clean smell. Clean Carpet Rx is the only company I will use for my carpet and upholstery cleaning.

They did great on the carpets, no complaints there, and for the price it’s even better. I really appreciate this company providing great service at an affordable price. Only downside is that I wish they would keep the rest of the hard floors clean by either removing shoes or using shoe covers. After the cleaning my hardwood floor was messy with footprints and more from the cleaner walking with their shoes in the house. It would be great if they cleaned up any messes they made while doing the carpet.

Very disappointed and disgusted. I had my carpet cleaned in my vacant unit that I am going to rent out. When I came back to my unit 5 days later I discovered this in my KITCHEN sink. He didn’t even bother to rinse it down or let me know. Basically there is 8 years of carpet dirt and dog bacteria sitting in my kitchen sink for 5 days. I was offered no compensation.

I have used several carpet cleaning companies throughout the years, but Clean Carpet Rx is and has been the by far the best one yet. Their prices are very reasonable, their customer service was very professional, and best of all their services were impressive! Our tenants left the rugs in poor shape and we seriously considered changing out the carpet.

We decided to call Clean Carpet Rx and see if they can help. They responded the next day and did an amazing job. They restored the carpets to looking like almost new. Highly recommend.

The guys at HCC did a wonderful job at cleaning our new build house after post construction. Very pleased with the detail they put into their work. We will definitely be using their services again.
