The Precision Cleaning crew is top notch. Absolute quality work. The owner, David was very responsive when communicating, flexible with my cleaning requests and quoted me at a wonderful price. The team that arrived to perform my driveway/home Pressure Wash and Exterior Window Clean carried themselves with the upmost professionalism. These guys got every spec of dirt and water stains off of my windows. They also removed all of the mold from my driveway, transforming it at least 5 shades brighter. Once the crew was finished, they informed me of their results, cleaned and rinsed off remaining debris and did so in a timely manor. I will most definitely be recommending Precision Cleaning Hawaii to friends and family.

After getting bids and interviewing a number of PV solar cleaning companies, I chose Precision Cleaning Hawaii. David was very responsive during the interview process and his price was fair. Sam and Jay arrived on time and did a great job. My roof is so high up I can't see the panels from the ground, so the guys took before and after pictures for me. The PV panels now look clean as a whistle and first day solar production was up 66% over the prior day with similar weather. My panels likely get dirtier than most as the house is on the wetter windward side of Oahu so not every system will see that kind of improvement, but if you need your PV cleaned, I would recommend PCH. Great job!

The team from Precision Cleaning was out last week to wash the windows on our mid-rise building in Downtown Honolulu. Lots of things stood out from the visit. First, the coordination before the work was top notch. The owner of the company was super communicative. We weren't standing around worrying if anyone would show up. The were on time and super efficient. The workers weren't standing around and talking story... nope they hit the side of the building and the cleaning solution was flying. They did a great job! Thanks to Precision Cleaning for giving us back the gorgeous views of Punchbowl from our now bright and clear windows.

Precision Cleaning did a fantastic job! I’ve been a property manager for 15 years and recently I had our windows washed and dryer duct vents cleaned with Precision Cleaning and they did an awesome job. The workers were polite and did not rush to finish the job. Instead they clean well and the owner David is very good with communicating with the Manager. Since we thought the hurricane was coming we pushed back the window washing date a few days and yet everything still went smoothly. I will hire them again. It was very pleasant to work with them. Now we have clean windows, clean dryer vent ducts and everyone is happy.

After far too much neglect, I finally decided something needed to be done about the gutters around our house that had essentially turned into planters. I called David at Precision Cleaning Hawaii and they were fantastic. They were able to schedule a team to come and clean the gutters, and we also used the opportunity to wash the house, clean the windows, and pressure wash the driveway. It looks like we repainted the house and have a new place. The change in color of the driveway alone was dramatic. These guys are great - wonderful to work with, arrived on time, and left the place looking great. We will definitely use Precision Cleaning again and will plan to make this an annual visit rather than wait. If there were six stars, I would have checked that as these guys earned an extra one.

This was the first company I used for my sectional when I got to Hawaii. I tried to use another company the second time and boy did I make a mistake. I went back to Clean Carpet RX last week and they did a fantastic job. I won't use anyone else
