Diana did a deep cleaning for my condo in Mililani. She was very detailed. She brought her 3 step ladder and dusted/cleaned all 3 of my ceiling fans. She cleaned all 3 sliding glass doors, screens & bedroom windows & blinds. She cleaned bathrooms, kitchen & all floors. My condo sparkled, she delivered! Thank you Diana.

Great team!! Also very responsive and professional from the start. Called the day before as a new customer and they got there the next day. Team of 3 came in and went to work immediately. Very polite, good supervisor and knocked it out. Definitely going to use them again on a regular basis. Also I should point out it’s the first time I’ve used professional cleaners. They’re the gold standard.

We are BEYOND impressed by Zoom Cleanings. They had a great price for a move out clean, showed up on time, and did a phenomenal job. Our landlord was very picky and wanted something else cleaned and they came back the next day to do it. Dina was great at communicating and making sure we were satisfied with the service. Anytime we need a professional cleaning, we will certainly use their services again!!

Zoom cleaning did a very thorough job. They arrived on time with a team of 3. I was told that there would be 2 people but having an extra person helped to get the cleaning done faster. The leader of the cleaning crew told me that Zoom informed him that it this was a move out cleaning but that was incorrect. I was VERY clear that this was a deep clean when I spoke to Zoom Cleanings. The team was meticulous with each detail. I had the team dust walls, sweep my lanai, clean blinds + oven + microwave + exterior of refrigerator+ cabinet exterior + base boards. They also vacuumed and mopped my floors. Additionally they thoroughly cleaned my glass lanai door and my windows inside and the exterior of the entrance window, which was accessible without any ladders. The most impressive thing was how they removed build up and adhesive on my walls that were left behind by previous tenants. There were various gooey marks in the kitchen and bedroom and even the blinds and also adhesive from tape on the walls that the previous move out cleaners never cleaned up before I moved in but the Zoom Cleanings team was able to get them right out! The walls look better than they ever have before! I also appreciate how the team was very careful with my personal belongings. They were very careful around my things. I also appreciate how they did not step on my bath mat nor bedroom rug. They wore shoes for most of the cleaning work but I was assured they would clean the floors thoroughly. Although they did do a thorough job with floor cleaning, I would have appreciated it if they used shoe covers.

Jade and Chyna did a wonderful job. Asked them to touch up some areas as per contract, they obliged. Windows beautifully cleaned, floors mopped and deep clean in the oven. Unit was left spotless!
