David and his team were a huge help to our real estate team with getting a listing prepared for the market. These guys are the ones to call if you need your roof and gutters cleaned! They did an exceptional job and I have nothing but praise for this company! I will definitely call them again when my gutters and rooftop needs cleaning.

I absolutely love Precision Cleaning Hawaii. So professional, great eye for detail and they make everything look brand new. They have been cleaning our windows, gutters and power washing our house for 11 years.

We use Precision Cleaning to clean our building windows and gutters every month. We have a large monkey pod tree that sheds a lot of leaves that inadvertently gets into the gutters and David’s team does an excellent job of cleaning and removing the debris. When I needed to power wash the exterior of our building, which incidentally is surrounded by a koi pond and rock waterfall on one side of the building, David reassured me that he would gently hand scrub with low pressure wash, making sure to use environmentally friendly products to protect the koi fishes — we have been using Precision Cleaning to do this year after year for the last 5 years and I am glad to report that our koi’s were fine! The Precision Cleaning team is trustworthy, responsible and totally dependable.

These guys were amazing! They were very responsive, showed up to my house on time, very professional, I knew exactly what to expect and how much everything was going to cost beforehand. I was thinking of painting my house, but I decided to give pressure washing a chance, and I’m so glad that I did because my house no longer needs to be painted, it looks nice and clean. They even pressure washed all of my concrete and the sidewalk out front of my house, which I was not expecting. They also did a great job on my windows, there was so much film from all the dust in Kapolei that I couldn’t even see my beautiful view. But now my windows look brand new. I was most concerned about having damage done to my house, because I see neighbors who has spots on their paint from pressure washing, but nothing happened. Good as new!

I needed to have gutters and downspouts cleaned and I found Precision Cleaning online. That was my lucky day. I called them and they promptly came to take a look as well as offer me other cleaning services. I decided to also have some power washing done. They were on it from the start and made sure to communicate with me throughout. I can't say enough for the good work they did, their efficiency, and their dependability. You don't find that kind of work ethic just anywhere around here.
