An absolutely wonderful cleaning company! We recently moved out of a house we were renting in Kaneohe for 3 years and we chose Zoom to do the post-occupancy cleaning. Mary was very professional and was very accommodating, especially when I had to reschedule 2 different times! She adjusted our booking with no hesitation. The cleaners that showed up went to work right away and did an amazing job. The house was spotless. The oven and fridge were sparkling!! They looked showroom ready!! Zoom has my 100% highest possible recommendation!!

The cleaners were friendly and thorough. Our floors have never looked better, We tried out other companies and unfortunately the cleaners didn't compare to zoom cleaners. zoom will be the only company that we use going forward. The whole process from booking to the after clean follow up was seamless. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I had a great experience with this company. They were able to perform a last minute cleaning of my apartment carpet with less than a days notice. Everyone involved was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The absolute WORST service ever. This lady came late with her male partner who didnt know much about cleaning. It was supposed to be a 2-person professional cleaning crew. Yeah, 2 but 2nd one useless.
It took them 8 hours to "Clean" our place. They did an awful job: she left for about 5 hours because "something came up" and he hung around uselessly pushing a mop that he scratched our floors with. Then he started talking about her and calling her his "baby mama." I could not wait to get rid of them in my family's face for so long. The cleaning was for our 1st open house. Suffice it to say, I ended up cleaning for about 2 hours after they left. I paid the bill reluctantly because my family and I were scared of them, especially the guy. He knew where we lived and seemed a bit menacing. So I waited until we moved to post this. Do NOT know where she got ANY positive reviews. Seems pretty bogus. So buyer BEWARE.

I paid zoom cleaning yo do a move out clean and they were vert through. After booking they requested pictures of the home to see the condition so that they could make sure they sent enough cleaners to do the job. They did an excellent job doing a move out clean. I feel like they cleaned it better than it was cleaned when I moved in. They were very professional, friendly and on time. They came in the morning and was done by 2pm which was great. I'll definitely be contacting them in the future for more business. If you hire them, they won't disappoint.

Horrible service! Cleaners work hard but get paid little. This is a tier system therefore my $840 paid goes to zoom n I believe the actual cleaners less than 10% therefore they don’t put in their “all” (missed under the couch, glass coffee table, under beds, no sheets on none of my beds (3beds) were made … just too many missed tasks to list) winded up tipping another $300 outta guilt. They did offer to come back I said “no thank u, for what another bad experience?” I paid another cleaner she did FANTASTIC but it cost me additional $300 … btw, I called zoom n they never got back to me, but they got back several times to book appointment n get my c c information. CAUTION, USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I had Zoom come to clean a bedroom, a bath, living room, and kitchen. The mother and son crew came through and did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and everything was spotless when they left. I will definitely be calling them again .

Best price, best clean and best customer service!! By far!! So so nice and did the best job cleaning, went many times above what was asked--deep cleaned absolutely EVERYTHING when all we'd discussed was the tile and oven. Literally the best I could've imagined
