Zoltan & Suzie did our clean out leaving a condo and the next day at our new condo. They worked efficiently, great results and in the tight timeframe we needed. The previous tenant had used a swifter like floor cleaner on the laminate floors....a totally no-no and Zoltan hand washed the entire 2/2 condo!!! Great service! Thank you

I was very pleased with the initial job that this delightful couple did for us. Their rates are very reasonable and they are willing to spread the size of the job over several visits. Our home has not had that really thorough cleaning in a very long time and their attention to detail was so appreciated. I look forward to their second visit which will sparkle up yet another section of our rather large home.
They bring ALL of their own supplies but made sure that these supplies were OK for our furniture, etc.
Finally, they respond very quickly to our emails, texts, etc. which is also very appreciated. Thank you Zoltan and Suzie!

Just an update to my post to say how HAPPY we are with Suzie and Zoltan still! They have now been cleaning for my aunt for nearly a year and they continue to be excellent! I highly suggest their service!

We recently met Suzie and Zoltan and liked them immediately. We agreed to have them clean my elderly aunt's house in Honolulu. She just had it done and is VERY happy. Some of the great things about their service: they will add carpet cleaning and/or window cleaning by just extending their time at their standard rate; "Zoltan is tall! He didn't even have to use a ladder to clean my ceiling fans!" (says my aunt); they do all the jobs themselves; they are prompt, friendly, courteous and GOOD! Thanks Suzie and Zoltan! We look forward to having you come to my aunt's and make it shine! (regularly!)

Zoltan and Susie are amazing and I highly recommend hiring them for their cleaning services. They have been cleaning my home every two weeks, like clockwork, for almost three years. I love the consistency and attention to detail. They are always quick to respond, and take on special requests without hesitation.

AMAZING! There was miscommunication between ourselves and the leasing agency about how we had to clean for our move out, and we were struggling to find someone to do last minute over the weekend and didn't charge a thousand dollars to do for our small space! Zoltan and Suzie were the first to respond and the most reasonably priced (move out cleaning and carpet shampooing!) Even though they don't work on Sundays, they made an exception for us because we were so desperate. When I did the walk through with the leasing agency after the cleaning, they kept commenting how clean it was and I let them know that they should recommend Loa Ridge Cleaners for any of their move outs. People who were trying to help me find cleaners last minute asked for their info as well so that they can share because it's so hard to find anyone who will help you and do an excellent job without breaking the bank! Loa Ridge Home Cleaning did an extremely thorough job with my move out cleaning. Their rates are the most competitive I've seen in Hawaii for a licensed/insured company, and you will get two friendly, responsible, and efficient people with this husband and wife team. They even showed up early.

Loa Ridge knows what they are doing and left the place in perfect condition. The owner was impressed and returned my full security deposit. He was able to put it back on the market immediately.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Zoltan and Suzie pay attention to detail and did an excellent, thorough job doing my move-out cleaning. All was spotless and shining from polishing all the woodwork and cabinetry to cleaning carpets and window treatments, to making screens and windows and all appliances and fixtures sparkling!

They are AMAZING. They made my house spotless. They clean window outside and inside and also screen.
My kitchen, bathroom all the light fixtures, floor, outside storage , and garage are sooooooo clean.
I got 5 different cleaner quotes and some of them did not even come to the house and look. Or they said sealing is high so they did not wanna clean the light .
BUT This company clean my house inside and out for everything and such a reliable company.
They are so efficient and they did such a amazing job so I highly recommend these people for your house cleaning.

Dishonest and terrible cleaners. Washed huge bags of their dirty cleaning rags in my new washer without permission and broke it! Worst company I have ever hired, HAOLE RIPOFF!

I really liked her! I trust her around my valuables and she cleaned my space promptly. Not only is my home finally clean but the energy of my home is much cleaner and purified too. I will hire her again.

I used this company to clean my dads studio after he moved. The lady Claudia is a poor management of time. When she came to give us an estimate, she was an hour late and I needed to call her to find out what time is she coming. Same thing happened when she was scheduled to clean. She and her team started to clean at 6:30 when it should've started no later than 6:00 pm. She initially said it would take about 3.5 hours to clean. On the day of cleaning she said no more than 3 hrs. Well, it took 4 hours and this ran until 10:00 pm. Security was called by neighbors because of loud noise coming from the cleaners.

To make matters WORST, one of the cleaners bagged some trash that was in the sink with a piece of tile that had some mold on it and stuck the bag into a bag that I had on the side while I took Claudia to her car to get more cleaning supplies that had some refrigerated itemsthat I was taking to the other house. Because the pesos didn't tie up the bag liquid from the trash leaked all on top of our food. I had to dump some things since the trash included mold. I called ClaUdia to report it and she denied it. I took a picture of the trash, texted to her so she can show her employee and I heard her employee admit to putting it into my bag of items. She then tried to blame it on my NIECE AND DAUGHTER!! Unbelievable!!!! When it was time for me to pay her, I had to have her come back into the unit to clean the bathroom door and remove old reach traps that were left under the kitchen and bathroom sink.

She takes NO responsibility for anything. She continuously blamed my niece and daughter for putting the trash into my food bag even though her worker admitted to it. She also NEVER apologized for being late twice!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!

I saw a bad review about Bright cleaning services I thought I should respond as I thought it was very unfair.
I have been using Bright Cleaning services for over a year now .
I find Claudia the owner to be a perfectionist she checks everything in detail after her team as finished .
I have had many cleaning services before using Bright Cleaning services and none of them come up to the standard of this company .Claudia was highly recommended to me .
I have never been disappointed also she is very reliable.
I am very shocked at this bad review .
I think the person who gave it just wanted her money back .
