Miharu was really professional cleaner. Every where in our house was bright and clean after her work. She also knows some tricks to put the comforter in the cover.

Asako was the only cleaner out of five that called me immediately and scheduled an appointment to inspect my home and give me a quote. That was approximately 4 years ago and we have never been disappointed. We moved into a different home a year ago. Asako and crew did our move out and also our move in cleaning. Diamond Brite is fairly priced, professional, thorough, and always on time. I highly recommend this company!

This was my first time using Diamond Bright Cleaning and I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness from Asako and the quality of work from her team. pleasantly thrill and happy with overall experience. every since moving into new place wanted a good deep clean done, was gonna do it myself but never found the time. eventually after looking for multiple places and getting quotes, diamond bright cleaning seemed like the best option. After reaching out i got a fairly quick response back with what they would need for a quote. i was quote for a Deep clean about $675-$725 plus tax. with them just focusing on living room, kitchen and hallway. they were very good and accommodating to my schedule. MJ showed up while i was no there and was able to start cleaning after being let in by a roommate. took about 4 hours and everything is amazing and shines more than i thought possible. did even more work than i thought they would do. After getting done they verified i walked through and made sure i was satisfied before leaving. if i ever need a cleaning company against I will definitely use diamond bright cleaning. i may even have them come once a year or every six months to do a basic cleaning for things i lose track on.

Excellent cleaning company! Very communicative to emails and texts. They did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I've used two other companies here on Oahu and Diamond Bright Cleaning has been the best. I definitely recommend them! Their price and skill is great!

Asako responded very quickly and was able to give me an accurate and fair/affordable estimate. She was able to schedule me as requested. Gretchen and Allan (house keepers) came on time and did an awesome job cleaning my home. They were professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. Their work exceeded my expectations! I work at the hospital and my husband is in the service industry, and that being said, we have let our house fall by the way side and get pretty dirty. We were happy with the fast response from Asako (the CEO of Diamond Bright). She had a very reasonable price for 6 hours of cleaning. She was able to accommodate on short notice and get a cleaner out to our place on the only day I was available. The cleaner was respectful of the fact I was sleeping for night shift and cleaned everything quietly and our house looks the best it has in a long time! Will definitely use again.

I was going to rate this a 3 star but I got an update from my tenants and decided to give a 2 star as I have to spend more money for their half effort job.

We contacted Asako for a move out deep clean the day before a tenant move out as our prior schedule cleaning company had a worker emergency and canceled our cleaning. Asako’s communication was prompt and she gave a time for the cleaners to come. We asked for a deep clean + shampoo of our carpet for our 2BR/2B , 935 sq ft apartment. We were quoted $675-$725.

This is where some of the issues started.

2 cleaners came at 2pm and one of them, MJ, did a quick walk through of the apartment. MJ was very nice and communicative throughout the process. The apartment was not dirty as tenants cleaned often and I did a walk through prior to them moving out. There were some minor carpet stains near the kitchen area. 

Asako texted me and said it would be $725 (no explanation about why it came to the highest end of the quote). Ok, no problem as long as they do a good job.

Cleaners said it would take 2-4 hours.

Cleaners texted me at 6:30PM and said unit would be ready around 6:45PM, I thought to myself, wow, these guys mustve done a spotless job, cleaning 4.5 hours. Unfortunately due to an elevator issue and our unit being on a high floor, I was unable to get to the unit until 7:30pm.

When I got to the unit, carpet was still very wet from shampoo and NONE of the stains were removed! Their walkthrough policy is that you have to do a walkthrough while the cleaners are still there and let them know; unfortunately because tenants moved all the lamps out, there was only lights in the Kitchen and the two bathrooms.

The kitchen was still filthy! Nobody wiped down the outside of the cabinets / pantries! I started to wipe it down and I asked MJ to help. 

 Fridge was good for the most part. Kitchen tile’s grout was filthy, I complained to Asako and MJ and they said its not included in the “deep clean”, only a mopping of tiled areas!

Since visibility was poor and it was approaching 8:15pm, I told Asako and MJ, please comeback in the morning before 8am to help finish off whatever is remaining. I guess because they had other jobs in the AM, they would be unable to come. MJ said he would contact me tomorrow to come back and finish, but because my tenants move in at 8am, it wouldn’t work after 8am as they would be busy moving in and out. 

The next morning I went to walmart and got cleaning supplies. There was more light in the unit so I could better see the clean job vs the day prior. Floorboards still dirty, medicine cabinets still had residue, shower head still had mildew, dust bunnies here and there, bottom of toilets still dirty, water stains on bathoom faucets weren’t removed. The hallway by the kitchen was basically untouched!!

I sprayed carpet stain remover on the stained parts of the carpet around kitchen and inliving room and wiped with a microfiber and all of the stains came off (not sure why they didnt use carpet stain remover?). I did the Kitchen grout myself with some Clorox spray and a metal wool cleaner, finished in 10-15 mins.

With tax the total came out to $759.16. I tipped cleaners $50.00 as well. Cleaners spent about 4.5 hours and I really expected better results. I hate to give a bad review to a local company but this was really disappointing. For $800+, they dusted, mopped, wiped, vacuumed.. This price came at the top range of most of the quotes I was given and unfortunately wasn’t worth the price!!

UPDATE: Never heard back from MJ the next day and our tenants had to rent their own carpet cleaning machine as the carpet area by the hallway was still dirty and smelly! They said the water that came out was super dirty and felt like it was NOT vacuumed shampood!

Ive attached some before photos. Carpet stains were easily removed myself with carpet stain removers. i removed the water stains myself.
