Claudia and her crew has been working for me for quite a while now. She takes pride in the work and it is her own business and is serious about doing a good job. They are excellent and Also licensed and bonded which was important to me. There are times when they can arrive late -usually due to traffic or some other issue out of her complete control. They usually give me a one hour time window like “ between 11 and noon” and that is just fine with me. I’ve had other cleaners over the years and I find bright clean does a very thorough job, they are honest and very pleasant. You pay extra for licensed insured workers and it’s very worth it. I’m very happy with Claudia and her team.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Claudia is very meticulous and thorough. She's been cleaning our home in Nu'uanu over the last four years. She generally schedules me on Fridays btw 4-6 pm and is complete around 10. That's because our home needs a lot of attention! The wait is worth the excellent work! She is a wonderful person and we sincerely recommend her service.

Top notch service from Claudia and her team of angels! When I moved in, my place, while empty, was a mess. The difference after Bright Cleaners worked their magic? Night and day! After a move out clean, my apartment was spotless! Window slats and screens cleaned floor to ceiling. Walls washed. Door frames washed. Appliances looking brand new. They even cleaned the rubber seal of the fridge and freezer! The job that they did was so good it was almost unbelievable. Truly, the work they did was worth every penny! I am so truly impressed by the hard work of Claudia and her team. You can tell that they bust their butts on every single job they do and give 110% each and every time. If that means they take that extra time to make sure that the job is done right, then so be it. It was all so worth it, and this service is truly impeccable. Thank you Claudia and team!!!

Cleaners were very pleasant & did a thorough clean of my large home in the time it took other cleaners to only finish half the job. Pricing is very reasonable. I’m very happy with this company.

I got my apartment cleaned in May and was quoted for $150.and they tried to charge me $350 after the facts, because the landlord made them do laundry for clean sheets that was already cleaned. I asked why would they clean sheets that was already cleaned and they couldn’t give me a proper answer. After complaining to the real estate company that I rented the apartment from, they offered to pay the difference of $80 to the cleaning service company. So instead of charging the real estate company $200 difference, they only charge the real estate company $80, but before I complained to the real estate company , they told me my new bill was $350, which is a $200 difference . I don’t recommend anybody to use this company due to this company deceitfulness.

I was in the process of selling my one bedroom condo and my real estate agent notified me that it needed to be professional cleaned before closing. Only had a few days to get it done and I initially encountered some difficulty finding a company that would perform the cleaning on short notice. Fortunately, Asako quickly responded to my request and she agreed to clean my unit the following day. I felt relieved because most other companies I contacted were all booked about two weeks out.

She was really nice and did a move out cleaning of the unit with one other helper. The cleaning was very thorough and it covered kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom, shelves, closet, ceiling fans, floors, and windows. I thought the unit was pretty clean to begin with but she still found areas that were dusty/dirty. No time was wasted during the cleaning and it was all done within a couple hours. The cleaning was done in a very professional way. Overall, I was quite happy with their cleaning and would gladly use Diamond Bright Cleaning again.

Disappointing Clean - More Dust Than Shine at Diamond Bright

I was very much looking forward to a relaxing weekend after booking a cleaning service with Diamond Bright Cleaning. Unfortunately, that relaxation was short-lived after seeing the state of my apartment after the cleaning.

Here's what fell short:

Surface Cleaning Only: While the counters looked wiped down, dust bunnies remained happily bouncing under the furniture. Cobwebs still clung to corners, and fingerprints danced across the stainless steel appliances.
Floors Left Wanting: The hardwood floors had a dust all over. Vacuuming seemed cursory at best.

They are professional, show up on time, always leave my place sparkling clean..

Erwin was an incredible cleaner, he left our house beautifully organized, the floor is spotless, he was on time and Asako was very easy to communicate with. Reliable wonderful service, thank you!

Asako was outstanding from first contact to finishing up the cleaning of the house. My Aunty moved out half a year ago and the house was extremely dirty. Diamond Bright Cleaning brought a team of three and within a few hours got all the rooms we would be using during our stay here very clean. We have an infant so it was important the dust and other dirt was gone in our living areas and they went above and beyond to bring the place back to life. Very responsive and promptly arrived at the set time. Highly recommend if you need cleaning in Honolulu!!!

I needed someone who is high quality, reliable, and communicative to coordinate and turnover a condo. Asako at Diamond Bright Cleaning is amazing! She met with me to go over my cleaning needs and suggested several great ideas and takes feedback well! She and her team has cleaned the condo ~5 times now without issues! As a kid, I got out of cleaning chores to practice piano and harp. My Mom said if you can keep playing AKA practicing for two hours straight , you can get out of doing chores. What a great motivator to focus and practice. Though my younger sister hated me for it.

Now as an adult, I can really appreciated great cleaning when I see it. It is so wonderful that I found Diamond Bright Cleaning to clean the house top to bottom, windows too. Diamond Bright Cleaning team does a fantastic thorough job. They bring all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. My husband is so happy to come home to a clean house.
