I had a great experience with Brian! He came by within one day of requesting a quote. His prices were very fair and reasonable. He got me on his schedule quickly and the team did a great job trimming two fruit trees I had in my back yard which were growing over me and my neighbor’s roof. They did an excellent job communicating during the work and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job working around our roofs and even picked up all the fruit that had fallen off the tree so I could keep it. They brought their own wood chipper and chipped the branches before they left. At my request, they provided me some of the chips to use in my yard as landscaping. All in all, I had a great experience and highly recommend Island Ohana Tree and Landscaping. I plan on calling Brian again when I need more trimming services.

Brian's crew is very skilled in tree trimming. They were pleasant and cooperative. My two mango trees were overgrown, but they did an excellent job in spite of the danger.
Reasonable in price. Certainly will use their services in the future.

Brian and his team did a great job of cutting down my crown flower tree. Professional, polite, friendly, and took pride in their work. They did quick work and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend them.

Brian and his crew were very productive and easy to communicate with. They had to trim 3 large trees and 2 smaller trees. They did this well and when our neighbors asked about trimming a little more on their side, Brian was able to accommodate without any extra charges.

We also had a few small branches cut off other tiny trees which Brian took care of, again with no additional charges.

We had to do this job quickly so that our roofers could start on their job, so Brian was able to re-schedule some of his other jobs.

In summary, Brian and his crew did an Excellent job!!

Brian was able to come out to give an estimate the same day I called him. His estimate was significantly lower than other companies. Island ohana tree and landscaping was able to come out the next day to trim our three trees. They did a good job and left the area tidy.

I’ve been living in this house for 28 years. Over the years, I struggled to find a good tree trimmer. Well, I found one today. Brian and his team are prompt, professional, friendly and reliable. Their cost is also very reasonable for the amount of work they did ( I have a big yard!). Took me many years but I am so relieved that I have finally found the perfect one!

We recently retained Islands Ohana Tree and Landscaping Services to provide tree trimming and removal services. Their price was reasonable and they did all that was listed on their scope of work. Brian and his crew were very knowledgeable, cooperative and efficient. We were very satisfied with their work; our Christmas berry tree has never looked better. We would strongly recommend them to others.

Meeting Bryan was great. I had a huge thorny tree that was getting out of control. He was patient and explained everything he was going to do for a fair price. Will, Jubani and Kano came today and took it down in a couple of hours. They were diligent and worked efficiently. I am so grateful and thankful to have it gone. I won’t miss the thorn branches and endless falling leaves.

I own a farm and a few of my large Neem trees fell over due to termites. I called Bryan and he showed up, understood the urgency of the matter, and provided a quote. He and his team showed up the following day and did an amazing job. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and have all the right equipment to be effective and efficient. If you need any size work done regarding the removal of trees, I would recommend Bryan and his team.

Brian and his crew were awesome! They cut and stump-ground a huge bamboo section on my property in Waimea and left everything spotless. Super easy to work with and very respectful. Highly recommend!

I had large job to do...12 large Iron Wood trees, a large mango tree, a sour sop, and lichee tree. It took the crew three days to complete the job. They brought a bucket truck and a wood chipper to remove the branches. They worked very professionally, were very efficient, and cleaned up very well after the job. I appreciated their sensitivity to the fruit trees. The job captain, Will, was an arborist and had a deep understanding of trees. The price was very competitive. I would recommend them highly.

Great experience overall. We had several very tall trees removed and they clearly had the right tools and experience. The crew was respectful of the property, pricing was fair, and they cleaned up and hauled everything away. They’re licensed and insured, which gave me peace of mind. We highly recommend Personal Touch Landscaping. We needed a significant makeover of our 20 year old pond/waterfall and flagstone lanai. Our lawn was well overdue for thatch removal and aeration and our palm trees needed another round of treatment to ward off the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle. After the initial consult with Lukas, we knew we were in good hands. Project manager David was ready to work with and communicated well throughout the project. The team of Lando and Chance were always prompt, professional, and friendly. Lando's mastery of moss rock placement created a masterpiece that will stand the test of time. Special care was taken to protect our property during a period of heavy rains. The job site was always clean at the end of each day. Our flagstone lanai is better than new and we are thrilled with our new pond. Mahalo Nui Loa to everyone at Personal Touch Landscaping!

We have had landscaping services from Personal Touch for over 20 yrs. Bobbie is alway great to check in and work with us. Rae is so valuable! He takes pride in his work and always does a superb job.

Very professional organization at every point of our landscape projects. Extremely prompt follow-up to all questions and requests. Very accommodating. We had several landscape items that were not part of the contracted landscaping. However, the workmen added them in. Not the cheapest of landscapers, but very clearly they prove you get what you pay for. Very happy with the first project they completed, so much so, that I scheduled a second and a third landscape project. When there were a couple of issues with one of the project, they were addressed and fixed immediately. All landscape projects are now complete and we are very satisfied with the finished product. Because of the outstanding experience with Personal Touch landscape, I recently scheduled a palm removal project. Lando was assigned. I was pleased that he would be doing my project. He has been the lead on my other projects. I have found him to be very professionally qualified, personable, polite, but most of all a 5 star pro landscaper. I trust his advice and workmanship. He is the best.
