Bob came to our home and spent two hours with us discussing our landscaping ideas and dreams. Then he went back to his office and sketched out a plan and estimate. In addition to listening well to our ideas, he provided great solutions and suggestions of his own, demonstrating his years of experience.

I have had 4 Gardners since I have lived here for the past 16 years. I became so frustrated I decided to maintain it myself. With working 60 hours a week, driving my daughter to school functions, soccer and tutoring I couldn't keep up. I called and the quality of the work was excellent. I can't say enough good things. PT Landscaping services has been great since we switched from another vendor. As soon as PTL started servicing us they found a leak in our sprinkler system which our previous vendor failed to find. PTL does regular quality control inspections separate from our bi-weekly service calls which is greatly appreciated. They do quality work in maintaining our landscaping. Sure, there have been just a few glitches but they're very responsive and quick to remedy any situation. Highly satisfied customer.

Two employees whom we work with most closely, Bobby who does quality control, and Cliff who takes care of spraying and irrigation deserve kudos: they are responsive and professional and we have maintained the service primarily due to them. The work quality of the bi-weekly maintenance workers can vary, but most yard work employers are likely experiencing similar difficulties as Honolulu endures yet another wave of Omicron. Their estimates are generally comparable for additional work.

I honestly can't say enough nice things about these guys. I've had 2 other companies doing my maintenance and had to fire them both for various reasons. I really can't see that happening with Personal Touch. In fact, that name is also a great description. Everyone I've dealt with, from the owner, Bob, to the office manager, Krystal, to every single worker who has come to work on my lawn, has been super friendly, professional, and 100% reliable. If, for any reason they won't be cutting my lawn on the regular day (like too much rain) they always let me know the day before. And if they say they'll be here at a particular time, I can bank on it. Their work is top notch, and the cherry on top is that they are cheaper than either of the other two as well as a third company I got a bid from. What's not to love?? Thanks to all of you at Personal Touch!

All people used were hardworking, professional, and prompt. The project came out really well and done in a timely manner in spite of the inclement weather the island had in December.

Special shout out to Bob for the great quote and supervision of all involved; Thea for communication on progress of project; and Lando for working so hard and making sure that our property was properly cleaned up each day. Scott and his staff also did a great job considering they were working in mud for most of the time.

A great company from start to finish. Bob and his team took ideas down on paper and finished my project blowing my expectations out the water. Bob and his work crew were diligent and very hard workers. The project was completed on time and beautifully done. I have asked Personal Touch Landscape to come to maintain the beautiful landscape they installed, all I get is compliment after compliment every time I have a visitor. Great job and Thank you!

Dethatching a lawn yourself is possible. I've done it myself once before and quickly realized that hauling the equipment, cleaning up all the thatching, top dressing the low spots, returning equipment and getting rid of all those bags of thatch was more than I wanted to do. I've now used PTL three times to do the job for me and they've done it well. They show up on time, are careful not to damage sprinklers, clean up and haul off all that thatch. I'll use them again in 2-3 years.
