I've been around pools and have worked with them my entire life. As a swimmer, I know the frustration of not having optimal water quality. Erik and Jen's consistency and reliability are second to none. They are personable, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best pool services on Oahu.

We are so happy with the services provided by East Oahu Pools, which is a small business owned by a lovely local family. Erik and Jen are knowledgeable, diligent, dependable, and friendly. They ensure that everything is running smoothly and give us constant updates and reminders. They think about the safety of our kids and will always remind us to stay out of the pool after a treatment. Highly recommended!

I own a rental property and fired my old pool cleaner because they weren't showing up when the house was vacant. Ive used East Oahu Pools for over a year now and Erik and Jen are on it. They show up every week and have excellent communication. I get sent text reminders to fill the pool which I always forget to do. Erik and Jen are honest nice people and I trust them a lot.

I had a problem with my skimmer that I couldn't seem to resolve. After struggling with it for a long while, I called Koko Head Pool Service and Paul came out and fixed it in 5 minutes. He was professional, sincere, and very responsive. I very much appreciated the help and quick response.

Paul from Koko Head Pool Service came and quickly solved all my pool issues. I was trying to service my own pool but I didn’t know what I needed, when I needed it, or how often. He had all the equipment and knowledge needed. And he is a truely nice guy too! We happily signed up for his monthly service plan.

We lived in Hawaii Kai for many years, and have a gorgeous pool in Portlock.
Went through many so-called “Professional Pool Cleaners” over the years….
Some were okay, a couple were good, but most ABSOLUTELY sucked.
