We at Triple F/Imperial Dade Hawaii were using a cleaning contractor in the past that with numerous complaints that seem
was never addressed, decided to end their contractor and with out searching, received a call from a sales rep form coverall.

Talk about perfect timing? We decided to give Coverall a chance
and months later, our whole office staff including the President
was very pleased on the cleaning we were getting. We decided
to have them clean our carpet as well and they did a really good job. We are now looking into having them clean our warehouse.

If there was a ZERO ⭐ I'd pick that. Ken is the name of the man who came to our house. This was his second time. First time was for a quote and cleaning, which he walked the home and quoted my mother, $60. To which she accepted. Unfortunately, He did not do the cleaning because his machine was not working. 6 months later, he calls to reschedule. I answer the phone but he wants to speak to my mom. With her by my side we both listen to him. Once again he gives my mom the same quote. He shows up today, walks the home again and then tells my mom he has to raise it to $100 because we added another room....REALLY?!?! What he didn't realize is that her daughter is here from Vegas and he's not dealing directly with my mom but with me instead. Nothing about her home changed. There is no additional room that was added because we still have only 3 rooms in the house. In speaking with him over the phone, he mentioned that the reason for him calling is to reach out to previous customers because "business is slow!" Well, SORRY NOT SORRY....BECAUSE MY MOTHER IS PARTIALLY DISABLED, YOU WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HER!!!! BECAUSE I AM A FEMALE, YOU WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY UNETHICAL IN THE WAY THEY KEEP THEIR RECORDS BUT ALSO IN THE WAY THEY TARGET THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I WILL BE POSTING ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA HOW MY MOTHER WAS TREATED BY THIS COMPANY!!! YOU MET THE WRONG FAMILY!!!!

Ken is a superb carpet cleaner - professional, reliable, dedicated, affordabl, and thorough. He leaves our carpets perfectly cleaned. I highly recommend King Neptune to anyone seeking carpet cleaning!

Ken’s a quiet guy and gets the job done! I’ve been using him for years and he always does quality work. I once used another company, with a slightly lower price, and the quality was awful. Lesson learned, stick with King Neptune.
