My wife has been maintaining our pool for a year. Lately it keeps getting greener and greener. She kept brushing, cleaning filers, back washing and using more shock, algicide etc but all to no avail. Based on the reviews I read I called Paul of Koko Head Pool Service. He came out the same day to inspect our system. It turned out cyanuric acid was too high and our sand filter was too small. He gave us a quote in a few hours. We drained and refilled the pool. Paul came back in a couple of days to install the new filter with glass filtering media. Paul was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The cost was reasonable.
Now the wife is happy and I am happy too. 6 Stars to Paul if there is such thing.

The Trash Chute Cleaning was excellent. Renue has a very professional crew and their proprietary solutions they use get impressive results.

These folks came to my property I work at to perform a demo of their services. Very courteous and thorough, and they left the carpet in the room they did smelling like lemongrass which was great. If you're able to hire outside contractors to do deep cleaning of hotel rooms, I would whole-heartedly recommend this crew.

An HBM worker just verbally harassed the female members of my family and called me a homophobic slur. Very scary experience!

I see their people at many places I've worked and visit. They are always busy, in good appearance, and (in my experience) very friendly/courteous. Given the chance, I would work with them again.

My husband and I recently ate at the Food Court at Queen’s Marketplace at Waikoloa Village and observed one of your employees, Mary, doing an amazing job! Mary cleaned tables and chairs thoroughly, picked things up off the floor, cleaned doors and counters and had a great attitude while doing it. We told her we noticed what a good job she was doing and she made it a point to introduce herself to us and shake our hands. Mary is a gem and represents HBM exceptionally well. She should be training your other employees on the finer points of customer service. At the very least, Mary should be recognized for her incredible work ethic.
