Used their services for a move out clean and the team did a great job. Showed up on time and put in a full days work. Their attention to detail is amazing and nothing gets neglected. At the end of the day the house was spotless. My bathrooms were in rough shape and now they look immaculate. Appreciate the communication leading up to, during, and after the cleaning. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a clean Hawaii Natural Clean. Spoke with Dane for scheduling, he was nice professional, pono. Up front with pricing and times and was able to get us in when we needed. Kelani came to do our clean and did a beautiful job! My bathrooms and kitchen especially were perfect and the rest of the house and floors were done nicely too. She also was able to take care of my place quickly and efficiently. I don't hire regular cleaners but i am glad I needed a cleaning for a special occasion and I am glad I chose them! Definitely would hire again!

I hired Hawaii natural clean to clean my parents condo. Initially I was skeptical that the owner was going to clean with all natural non toxic products. I was worried that it wouldn't be as clean as using typical household products. However, they were the only company that could fit me in on such short notice and the price seemed pretty fair.

I spoke on the phone to the owner (Dane? Dan?) and he was a very friendly and answered all my questions. I've had issues in the past with cleaners who don't clean that thoroughly. He was very reassuring so I decided to go along with them.

The day of the clean the owner showed up with one other employee. They were on time and professional. I ended up running some errands and when I came back several hours later they had finished.

The condo looked and smelled great. Despite my fears about the nontoxic products, I did not notice any difference between them and more conventional cleaning companies. Everything was spotless. I checked the area around the curtains (a lot of companies miss this) and they had been very thoroughly cleaned.

I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Candy and her partner were wonderful. They cleaned our house better than any cleaners we have had over the last two years and they are now our permanent cleaners will have them back monthly highly recommend

Dane was super helpful in my time of need. I moved into a home where the previous tenant left it a complete disaster. I called and he said he could be there in a couple of hours. I did not expect such service to be expedited like he did. If you don’t want harsh chemicals being used around your house than Dane at Hawaii Natural Clean is your guy. He is super polite and hard working. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs any type of cleaning.!

Had a first time experience with Hawaii Natural Clean this past week and the first time having a house cleaner. Penny was of great help. She is a good worker and calm. She amazed me by cleaning the fluorescent light cover that was collecting dust high on a shelf and then without being asked to, fastened it to the kitchen lights. I will be calling on them again. God willing. 🥰

I finally found the best cleaning company! Dane and Candice were awesome ! Very professional, very detailed, both young and worked very fast ! The house they have cleaned was a very messy house of my friend who is a single dad and not too much cared about cleanness . And this cleaning guys did a great job ! I am hiring them to come to clean my house and they will be my recurrent cleaning people . I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to clean their house. Hawaii Natural Clean did an excellent job cleaning our single family home!! My husband and I are clean and detailed people but with our toddler running around and both of us working full time, we really needed the extra help with our biweekly cleanings and I am so glad I gave Hawaii Natural Clean a chance.

We have gone through several cleaners in the past 6 months just trying to find a good detailed cleaner who is also fairly priced. After disappointment and disappointment, I reached out to Dane as my last hope and if they didn't meet our expectations, I was just going to accept it and be done with hiring cleaners. However, I am so happy and thankful that Kaylee, the cleaner came to our rescue and did a very thorough job cleaning our home. I asked her to prioritize our kitchen, bathrooms, and also wipe the window shutters. She delivered on all three and also asked me to let her know after if she missed something after she was done cleaning. I loved that attitude and her detailed cleaning!

Dane, the owner is also very professional, responsive, and detailed. He made sure to follow up after the cleaning to make sure I was happy with the job done.

So thankful to have had the experience of this cleaning service! I needed an immediate move-out cleaning session due to another cancelling on me last minute, and he was understanding and accommodated his schedule to fit me in early the next morning. Overall wonderful company and great rates! Would recommend him to anyone on island.

We purchased a recurring deep clean as a christmas gift for my mom. Hawaii Natural Clean was the only company to follow up with me personally, and their discounts on future cleanings won me over the other companies we got quotes from. Scheduling was easy, and my mom was very happy with her first clean with Kelly.

There’s a reason this move-out clean is one of the cheapest options! I paid $315 for one guy to come for 4 hours with inadequate resources to get the job done well. I spent four hours cleaning after he left to try and save things before my apartment inspection, and I will likely have to pay for a whole different cleaning service. Just spend the extra $ and save yourself a major hassle!

Update: I made an apt for a move-out clean and was told my cleaner would arrive at 2 and clean until the apartment was completely ready for the move-out inspection. I paid for the 0-1200 square foot cleaning even though my apartment was only 450 square feet. So I assumed the job would be done correctly since the cleaner is used to cleaning three times the amount of space for the same price. I couldn’t have been more wrong. First, the cleaner showed up 40 minutes early with no warning. Then, as I rushed to leave I told him to, “take your time and let me know when you’re done!” (Because this place doesn’t actually give you any time frame, they just show up near one time and work until they don’t want to work anymore.) There was only one guy who came to clean. But, I wasn’t too surprised since the apartment was so small. What did surprise me was the fact he was vastly under-equipped for the job. I offered him some rags, magic erasers, and other cleaning equipment since all he had was an old swiffer, soap, and a couple old rags. Then I left. Not more than three hours later I get a call saying the cleaning is done and I can come back. Immediately as I returned I noticed that the apartment was fairly clean in some areas but completely untouched in others. I inspected the countless problem areas, one being the floor that the old swiffer did nothing to. I indicated a large area of the floor still covered in tons of dirt and black marks. The cleaner knew that the swiffer wouldn’t work so he went to the car to retrieve a sprite bottle cap and started cleaning the dirt off the floor tiny piece by tiny piece using the bottle cap. I felt bad at this point since the guy clearly had hours left on the job and it was already dark out. Unfortunately, I just told him to go and I would figure out the rest of it myself. My kindness got the best of me that night, and so the next day in the light I inspected the apartment again and began cleaning it myself. About 6 hours into my cleaning I received a call from the owner who told me that they would be willing to compensate me for $50/$315 they charged if their cleaning caused me to lose my $2,000+ security deposit. When I scoffed at that, they offered me $100 to remove this review. The owner also asked for pictures as evidence. These pictures were taken AFTER this company’s move-out clean, AND after 6 hours of doing my own cleaning as well. As soon as I sent these pics to the owner/my contact they blocked my phone number.

I moved and the management company required that the cleaning was to be done by one of a couple companies, Hawaii natural Clean was the one I went with. At first I was trepidatious, but as they spoke with me and especially after the job was done then I saw the quality of their work. Then I understood why the management company had them on the short list of cleaning companies.

The workers were expident and efficient. As well as a pleasure to talk with. You get what you pay for and as always please support local businesses.

We scheduled a full house deep clean, and could not be happier with the results! Love that this company uses natural products - coming home after work to a clean house without any overwhelming chemical scents was wonderful. We’ll definitely be using them again!

I am a regular customer of Hawaii Natural Clean. They have been taking care of our home for 2 years now. They have the best cleaners who are professional, trustworthy, efficient, and very good at what they do. I also like that the owner is very genuine and is easy to reach. It is priceless to us to be able to trust our house keeper and enjoy their presence, and they leave us with a very clean house so quickly. Hawaii Natural Clean is a locally owned and operated business and I fully enjoy having them take care of our house. Their pricing is very reasonable and the quality of their staff and cleaning are both top-notch. Mahalo Dane!

Tried Hawaii Natural Clean in July and we were disappointed by the service. My family couldn't even tell the house was cleaned! Dane was accommodating by discounting 50% , but it still felt like too much as we were finding piles of dirt in corners of rooms days after (one example attached), and signs that they skipped entire rooms and areas. Plus, we had to clean the house ourselves after. The 2 cleaners left without saying goodbye and doing a walkthrough. They also didn't mention to us that our floor sweeper broke while they were using it. Other examples of poor service: only cleaned one half of the kitchen sink, piles of dust behind the sink and next to the toilet, not dusting surfaces (even though they were cleared without anything on them). When I asked about the cleaning products, they said, "it's an all purpose cleaner" without details, which gave me the impression they didn't really know if it was non-toxic or not. Would not recommend for cleaning, but Dane and the cleaners were nice people. Dane had offered to send other cleaners to redo it, but we didn't want to take that chance after our experience. Based on reviews, it seems like it might depend on who gets assigned to you.
