They offer amazing cleaning services. They are always on time and very thorough. I highly recommend this company.

The team did an excellent job; my place is the cleanest it has been since I moved in. From reservation to cleaning, the service was superb.

Since my last post I've had a new crew and they have been respectful and skilled. The luck is in the team you get. Dont get one that has 2nd jobs or they will rush and cut corners and bail.

I have tolerated this company since 2010. I would not say they have done the great job, since I have to spent 20 minutes each time to do walk-thru for their finished works, area by area, room by room with constant pointing out to the team leader for their missing areas or redo the toilet, wash sink, kitchen counter, floor etc. The team leader was gracious of taking directions to fix. However, It is time to end the relationship, primarily their management style that has totally changed ever since Josh took over with “take it or leave it” attitude. This all boils down his insistent of annual 6.4% increase. If you are a working class, you should know better what kind of annual increase you received from the company nowadays, I mentioned to him about the most recent Hotel Union strike with settlement of 6% for housekeeper over 4 years period. His reply was we are not Hotel! The saddest thing is the increase was hardly pass on to the cleaning crew of this company that is still paid with the minimum wage.

Jio and his wife were excellent, and I very much appreciate their hard work. If I could leave six stars, I would. Everything that went wrong, and there was almost nothing that went wrong, was because of my inability to prepare properly.

The Maids are amazing. I really love that because there are 4 people that come and because each of them specialize in a specific cleaning area, they do a better job than someone who does everything themselves. The Maids seem expensive, but that's only because there are 4 of them working at the same time. So naturally, their hourly rate would be around 4 times that of a maid working by themselves.
Each person doesn't have to constantly spend time changing out their cleaning equipment. They go in and focus on their areas of expertise. The result is that your place really does get cleaned better and you don't have to have someone around all day doing it.
The one drawback is that you can't have them do your laundry as they won't be around long enough for them to finish the job. I don't think this is a big deal though because I can do my own laundry and don't need to pay someone else to do that.
They get in and out very quickly and do a much better, more professional job than I've ever had any other maid service do.

We had a monthly service scheduled with them and they where always on time, responsive and professional. They always left the house in amazing shape and went above and beyond cleaning elements of the house normally overlooked. Couldn’t be happier and will be using them again!

The Maids are excellent cleaners and wonderful people. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a clean home. I trust them completely and leave them to their own devices every time. If there are any problems, the Maids take care of them immediately. Aloha, Pam

The Maids is a good company and I am happy with their service. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is consistency and the feeling I should check their work. They don't intentionally omit areas of the house I just think they work on a tight schedule and maybe it slips if they get behind. Overall, I am happy with this service.

We used The Maids services for 6+ months but had to stop due to moving away.

There was a team of 3 working on our 2 bedroom condo, it took them about an hour to clean windows, countertops, floors, vacuum, and bathrooms. The team was always very professional and courteous.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionals to do personal home-cleaning services, although they are a bit pricey.

I've been using The Maids for the past 6 years and am very pleased with their service. I trust them to be in my home when I'm not there and do a great job. I just called The Maids last week for same day cleaning and they were absolutely amazing. I’ve never used a cleaning service before, so not only was Lando, the one who took my call, so understanding, aloha spirited, and able to work with my cleaning needs and timeframe, but their cleaning team was so awesome! I’m a working mom of 4 little ones and they honestly saved the day with helping me get my place in order. I’m definitely using them from now on. The Maids have broken 2 glasses while cleaning - each was part of a pair of antique cordial glasses. I have asked them not to clean that collection any more. They have also put gouges in a custom painted wall - likely a result of turning around with a vacuum on their back. They frequently leave cleaning items behind - rags, tool for cleaning hair off the sofa - and for two cleanings in a row, they neglected to empty the kitchen trash. Though these are minor complaints, they happen frequently enough that it is worth mentioning.
