Water Damage Restoration reviews in Honolulu, Hawaii

The team at Premier was excellent to work with. Every interaction, from office staff, to managers, estimators, & workmen was pleasant, helpful, professional, and reliable. The information I received about the process was very thorough, and left no doubts about what would happen to remediate a very bad mold situation. I received a very detailed summary of work completed including pictures. I am pleased with their results, and confident, for the first time in months about the health of my home.

This company came out after our roof started leaking and they were professional and personable from start to finish. The project manager, Garrett, did not hesitate to explain every step of the process, before, during, and after. They moved fast but were thorough throughout and we are definitely happy to have been paired with their services.

Between this company and insurance, it has taken over a month to get this project done. The project is drywall demo and repair of a couple of 2x2 sections. Not an extensive project. After multiple visits, I was told the project would be done today. It is not. Ive had to miss work for these visits. My property manager has had to call several times and is still waiting for a call back. If this job is a priority, I can imagine what happens with the other jobs. The employees themselves have all been great. If you send a team and its one guy, thats not a team, that's one guy. Insurance company chose this company. I could have went to Home Depot and did this a quarter of the time. I'll hook the toilet up myself so it's not sitting in my garage anymore. Over a month from demo to still incomplete isn't premier.

I had the pleasure of working with Darryan and Donald to help with a water leak issue with a homeowner I was assisting. Darryan was quick to respond and get one of his technicians out to the job. Special kudos to Donald, who went above and beyond to communicate and alleviate any concerns that homeowner had. He even came up with an alternate plan that was less intrusive and cut drying process in half the time. His professionalism and work ethic are top-notch! He’s a great asset to the Premier team! Mahalo Donald and Darryan!

Premier was the company our rental building used to treat water damage from a leaking pipe. Josue and Donald were our points of contact and were responsive, helpful, and easy to coordinate with as they installed dehumidifers and fans to dry our unitʻs walls and checked in on drying progress. This kind of stuff is always a drag to deal with, but Josue and Donald helped make it as painless as possible.

Premier Restoration did a great job quickly responding to a building flood event that did major damage to my condo. Their mitigation/demolition team were quick, prompt, thorough, professional & kept me fully apprised every step of the way. They gave me peace of mind in this phase of mega damage to my condo. This has been a traumatic ordeal as basically my entire unit needed to be gutted, top to bottom. A big mahalo to Dylan, Nico, Terran & Isiah. I appreciated the manner in how they did their job and conducted themselves very much.
I look forward to meeting and working with the Rebuild/Renovation Team during the next phase. -
Once again Premier Restoration was there for me. So far, the mitigation person, Donal Keopuhiwa was very professional, polite and informative of the next steps that will be made and precise with servicing. He has been providing concise information of what he would be doing and what to expect from the next team.
All in all, Premier is fortunate and blessed to have Donal as part of your operations.

A terrible waste of time and money. Our insurance referred us to this company for a water leak restoration. We had a leak from our toilet to the basement underneath which was reported to insurance in late July. Premier came out soon after to write up a quote, however, they did not respond to start the job for several weeks leaving sewer water trapped in our sub floor for 5+ weeks. They insisted on a lead test that cost $1900, but then side stepped on remediation of the lead stating it wouldn't affect the job. They did in fact remove several parts of our wall that did in fact have lead paint and ripped off paint from around our window. They charged $3000 to remove a 4x7 area of tile and run a dehumidifier for 5 days. The worker came everyday to check the saturation levels in the flooring well into the evening (after 7pm). When I asked to remove the still saturated sub floor, they stated it wasn't necessary. I asked them to remove their equipment and not continue the restoration of our home due to their lack of safety concerns (lead abatement), refusal to repair the flooring accordingly and overall poor customer service. When I asked them to repair the damage to our window or give credit, they refused and stated that unless they were hired to complete the entire process, we were on our own.
Hire a licensed contractor and avoid this shady company at all costs. -
They dumped absorbent into my neighbors yard and now my neighbors are angry with us. I have the pictures of the absorbent they used. They came to my property about a month ago to fix a flood. But they didn't tell me about them littering materials into my neighbors property!

When my neighbor downstairs used MD Restoration to replace water heater, the workmen drained dirty water into the courtyard flower garden. Their work was slow. It took 2 days to complete. Workmen left used materials and other rubbish behind. I called MD Restoration. Although they said they’d come to pick up trash, it didn’t happen. I decided to get a different company to renew my kitchen.

They said that the cost to come to Ewa Beach just for an estimate would be FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
-
Fast response from initial call. Provided recommendations and options for remediation especially for someone going through water damage issues for the first time and not know myself what to really do.

Edited since the project was completed, and they did step up and work around our schedule. I would warn if working with this company on scheduling issues.
