Rocco was right on time. He explained what he would do to treat the affected area. He checked another previously treated area and found another spot to treat. Was through and cleaned up before leaving. Professional and cordial. Hope the treatment works.

Been a customer of Kilauea Pest for a while now. We live in the back of Manoa where it rains a lot with a lot of greenery so bugs and pests come with the territory. They come to spray inside and out every other month but if I need another treatment in between, they are very accommodating. Neth is our usual person that comes by. It’s great to have Neth come because he knows our property and remembers our trouble areas so the appointment goes very efficiently with little to no direction cause he remembers from our previous appointments. Their treatments work for roaches, millipedes and even centipedes. Thank you Neth and Kilauea Pest!

Ray provided our quarterly service. He was prompt, professional, and informative. I had questions about the increase of gnats in our patio and he was informative about them.

Isaac is the best. He is the exterminator I worked with for many years. I highly recommend him. I’ve had others come out. Some good and not so good. Issac in my opinion is a reason why I’d stay or recommend this pest control company.

One of our previous landlords used Kilauea Pest and they are great. So when our existing pest control company at our current location just was not effective, we switched to Kilauea. The problems got better with every treatment and at this point and just a mere 5ish months after switching, everything is under control. So glad we switched. The folks who come out our friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

These guys have always been great for me. Certainly some visits are routine sprays. But they always listen and address any issues. Always friendly as well. For the effects, we’ve had hardly any issues with ants, roaches or centipedes. Recommended.

Trevor was extremely friendly and professional from the second that I opened my door. He greeted my pit bull with genuine kindness and respect as she sniffed and inspected him to see if she approved of letting him into her space. Once she gave the okay and allowed Trevor in, he asked if I had any concerns or noticed anything that I’d like him to address. He listened to my requests and concerns then addressed them all. He was very thorough in his service of both my interior and exterior of my property. I was very happy with today’s service.

We love Kilauea and have been so pleased with their services for about 5 years now! Kaylin is awesome at listening to our needs and finding a resolution that works for our family. He is always aware of keeping my kids safe and only spraying interior when absolutely necessary. He does such a good job on exterior that we have only needed and interior spray once for some ants but otherwise we don’t see bugs inside. We would highly recommend Kilauea to anyone looking for a safe and very informed pest control service!

Made an appointment for a quote and Ruben never showed up. No call, nothing.

Wish I had found him sooner! Probably the best and most courteously efficient tree trimming I have ever had -- and I've had to have these trees trimmed since 1979!

Ruben did a job for my mom.. Two mango trees and stump removal for a coconut tree. Did an amazing job and was very easy to deal with.

After Ruben cut and trimmed 3 Talisay trees in my backyard we could finally see full sunlight. Should have done this cuttings years ago. Island Trees, thank you for the professional services.
