Dwight is quite conscientious and he did a very good job cleaning our carpet. He took the time to do the work right. I don’t hesitate to recommend him and will gladly call him to service our office carpet in the near future.

Dwight has cleaned all my properties since about 2007 and I was very pleased. There was one time he was not available and I had to use another Chem-Dry company which was cheaper. Not a good idea at all. You can see the difference in Dwight and Linda's service and the carpet was noticeable NOT AS CLEAN as Dwight would do have done it.

I recently called Dwight to clean the living and dining room my main residence and he did an excellent job! Call Aloha Chem-Dry. They will do you right!

The stains that were in the carpet can barely be seen as he just finished cleaning it. It looks great! Can’t wait to see how it looks and feels when it dries. What I’m looking at now looks pretty amazing. Thank you Dwight. I live on the 2nd floor and he hauled his cleaning equipment up them stairs without a murmur or even a slight gruff. We’re happy we went with this service! Dwight did a great job and we feel more confident bringing our newborn home to a cleaner environment. I appreciated the reminder/confirmation text prior to his arrival, and he worked hard and efficiently. Although the estimated quote was for a certain amount, he adjusted it to a lower price according to the actual square footage that he measured. Very honest and professional. Easy payment options too, and I was happy that he accepted Venmo...so quick and easy! Highly recommend.

Aloha Chem saves my carpet! When Dwight came in and saw my carpet he said he would try his best to get the stains out but there was no promises that he could do it. We took the risk and it paid off. Dwight was super kind, funny, and very helpful when I asked questions about pricing. Aloha Chem and Dwight did an amazing job on my carpet to say the least. I will definitely be calling back to get my carpets cleaned!

Dwight and his team are the best for stain removal! They were able to remove a large green stain from my white carpets (a health drink) with no problem or damage to my carpets. They came out the same day, were very friendly and their prices were very reasonable. They showed me one of their products they have for purchase that can get day to day stains out and it worked really well. To this day I still call them when I run out because it's great to have on hand. I highly recommend them if you ever have carpet cleaning or stain removal needs :)

Dwight did a great job cleaning my wool carpets. They look amazing! He also cleaned a chair and a bench for me and it turned out great. He is very professional and friendly and showed up on time. Will definitely use him next year.

The carpets look better than they did when I moved in! Dwight and his team are miracle workers! They took the time to conduct a timely estimate, gave great advice on which rooms needed deep clean versus just a basic clean, and offered a discount for military. We received a full reimbursement of our deposit because Aloha Chem Dry did such a fantastic job. Our acres of carpet (1600 square feet) pretty much need a deep clean in most of the rooms because it hadn't been done in the 4 years we lived at our current residence.

The cost was $1000, which might seem really pricey; however, I am not under any illusion that this carpet was brand new. Dwight and his team earned every penny. Dwight came out and did a thorough estimate before hand and there were no surprises. He even provided recommendations for which rooms only needed basic cleaning versus deep cleaning. Integrity is something missing in many business practices -- but Dwight has a lot of it and didn't try to snow us with the price or his recommendations! Everything was above board.

Found AlohaChemDry and met Dwight on my morning neighborhood walk. Called him for an estimate and he came out that same day. Booked my carpet cleaning for today. He was punctual and did a great job! Carpets look great and are now sanitized and protected with power guard. Awesome service! Dwight is so nice and professional and text messages to remind you of your appointment the evening prior and text messages when he’s on his way to your house. Luckily for me he just lives up the block! Will definitely have Dwight come out for our next cleaning and I have recommended AlohaChemDry/Dwight to our other neighbors.

Chris , came to our house on time 9am he very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris , walk us through what he was going to do with the carpet and gave us great advice. Chris , is very professional easy to talk to and take pride in his work. We have a French bull dog and a Rottweiler that live in house with us and we got the pet treatment shampoo. Our carpets were bad, the previous owners of our home did not care about the carpets and unfortunately there were many stains from spoils and pet urine in many places. Aloha Chem-Dry saved my carpet and gave it a truly second life. I no longer have to yell at my son for crawling around on the carpets or feel gross walking around bare foot. The floors haven't dried quite yet, but they look fantastic. I base most of my purchases on reviews and the reviews here are accurate. I highly recommend Aloha Chem-Dry for your future carpet cleaning needs.

Received exceptional service from the get-go Dwight answered my calls and questions promptly and was able to schedule the appointment within 48 hours he'll definitely be back to clean the rest of our house. My carpet looks and feels sooooo nice! My carpet in OLD.. I’ve gotten cleanings from other companies. And I was happiest with this company. I have absolutely nothing to complain about! The professionalism to the work that was done in my home….everything was great. The process was smooth. Booking an appointment was so easy! I got an over-the-phone quote (which, of course, is not always accurate due to the limited information the company has), and the best part, they were able to come the next day! (Today) Dwight and his two guys were so awesome. My kids were running around and getting in the way, but they were so polite. I really appreciate you folks!!! Thank you Aloha Chem Dry!
