Cris and his team did an awesome job with my carpets. Took me a while to get a company to want to come to my apartment and clean my living room carpet. A few places said it wasn’t “worth it for them to do a small job.” Cris and Lionel were very accommodating, professional and on-time. They gave me great advice on how to maintain my carpets with a 4-year old and his frequent spills. The machines do require a reasonable amount of space and multiple electrical outlets to operate. My son was able to stay asleep while the vacuum and shampoo-er were in use. The end result was remarkable. Clean, fluffy and comfortable! I’d recommend Aloha Chem-dry for fast, reliable service.

100% recommend and will use this service again. They came to Waianae and didn’t over charge me to do so. I’ve had my couch for 4.5 years, with pets, and Cris and his team cleaned it very well! I decided to use Aloha Chem-Dry after buying a house that had renters in it and they did an amazing job making the carpet look new and clean again! The scent after it’s done is pleasant and not overpowering at all and the carpet dried within 5 hours. Chris is who helped us and he was very professional and easy to talk to.
