I feel like my house basically wasn’t even cleaned, non of the walls were cleaned, showers were still dirty, behind the toilet wasn’t cleaned, medicine cabinet was missed, window sills not cleaned, my stainless steel appliances look horrible... It’s like they did a quick wipe down of a few things. I needed a PROFESSIONAL cleaning done per my lease for move out…. Yet it looks like a teenager cleaned the house. They didn’t use any kind of steam cleaner or industrial cleaner or anything. Literally stuff I could have bought at Walmart if I wasn’t forced by my lease to hire someone.

I recently contacted two other cleaning services companies to try and find a company willing to look at our storage unit doors-one company said no, within seconds of trying to explain what I needed, and the other company didn’t show up for a set appointment, nor was there ever any response. I somewhat gave up when in walked the owner just passing out flyers. Excited that even though I had never heard of Pacific Island Cleaning, I was ready to hire them, and rather than just accepting the letter and filing it away, I set out to show him exactly what I needed to have cleaned-1100 storage unit doors.
We pride ourselves on keeping our facility pretty clean, but things get dusty, dirty, grimy and we didn’t have the time or staff to get to these doors cleaned and when we do, it’s usually at a leisure timeframe. He agreed that he would be able to get it done and would send me a proposal. Got the estimate either the same day or the next. We worked out some of the prices and discussed the full scope of work we wanted completed and the owner was passionate about getting the job done to our satisfaction. One of the things that really stood out was when he said, “We’ve become professionals at cleaning your doors.” He was excited about cleaning! We were, in turn, excited for our building to get cleaned by them too. We worked out a schedule of twice a week and our whole building was completed in less than a month.
They completed our doors and then it just so happened that our janitor was going to be on vacation for three weeks. We asked if they could fill in for this short time frame and they picked up the janitorial duties for three weeks. We trusted them with keys and codes to our building and they completed each task we set for them during each day/week.
They are a family business, which we could appreciate, being sort of one ourselves and they were very professional too. Pacific Island Cleaning is a company that is easy to work with, friendly to our whole staff and even our customers and we would highly recommend them. Mahalo!

When my wife left a poor review (because poor work was done) they responded with a comment saying “please have your landlord reach out to us. We will work with them to have it done properly” we now realize this was simply done to save face online because when our landlord reached out they said they will not come out to fix what was not cleaned properly. Not only that but blinds were broken by them. They said they had pictures showing they were in bad shape already but still have not provided us with those pictures. My wife already left the pictures on her review but here is a simple one. They say “no corner left untouched” and this quite literally shows an untouched corner. And if they simply would have returned to clean it properly so we didn’t get charged an additional cleaning fee from our landlord then this would not be an issue.

The cleaners took 2 full days at our 1,100 sq ft unit. Was not satisfied with the clean the corners of the room and around the trim were still dusty and dirty. The walls also had noticeable dust and build up on them without effort to get off. Broken blinds and curtain rods were out of the walls. Gave us 10% off but our landlord is still charging us for a touch up clean to finish the unfinished job. As well as a handy man to fix the unattached curtains and broken blinds.

Also multiple bags of trash left on our lanai that we had to take care of before our move out inspection. This was not a stress free clean. As a military family this only made our effort to PCS off island more difficult. Especially for the amount of money this cost.

Pacific Island Cleaning is an Amazing, Reliable & Friendly cleaning company. They do efficient work with such GREAT Customer service. All their cleaners are so awesome & get the job done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for cleaning services.

I contacted Pacific Island Cleaning to help us clean our commercial construction project before turning the building over to the owner. A representative came to the job site and reviewed the scope of work with me. After establishing expectations, Pacific Island Cleaning provided a competitive quote. They did a fantastic job cleaning the newly constructed interior spaces. We were very pleased with the quality of work and schedule. I will definitely contact them again when I need their cleaning services.

The detail is remarkable from: 1) paint splattered granite counter tops, 2) ring stains in toilets, 3) caked grime upon tiles, vinyl, leather, wood, steel, painted walls 4) vacuuming pet hairs from hard to see areas 5) maculate window cleaning 6) mirrored window cleaning, 7) dusting in high top surfaces, 8) even cleaning the appliances like washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stove (top & oven) & microwaves. Amazing!!!! Highly recommend pacific island cleaning crew. Very trustworthy company as well!! God bless America.
