Cleaned major areas well. Did not get underneath furniture very well even though I stayed in the area and offered to move anything required. Seemed expensive for a 800 sq foot home, expected it to be a little more in depth

Excellent customer service, left our house as good as new! Cleaned very thoroughly top to bottom. Great communication. Would definitely use again for any cleaning needs!

1 star. SAVE YOURE MONEY USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE. I have lost my $2100 deposit after trusting these people to not destroy the property they were cleaning! Absolutely AVOID this company!!!
I paid almost $1,000 for Starpro Cleaning to do my move out and carpet cleaning. They broke the control arm for my blinds and hid it on top of the blinds with a dusty old vane. Didn’t say a word about it.

When I brought it up, they tried to say they would’ve reported it if they broke it. Come on. I have a photo from before the cleaning showing it was fine. No one else went into the unit after they finished. My landlord found it hidden.

So now I’m paying out of pocket for damage they caused and tried to cover up. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you want your stuff broken and hidden, then lied to your face about it, hire them. Otherwise, stay far away from this company.

StarPro Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning my Airbnb rental. They were prompt, thorough, and left the place looking immaculate. From scrubbing the floors to dusting every surface, their attention to detail was impressive. I’ll definitely be relying on their services again for future cleanings!

So, happy that I used StarPro cleaning service. Josefina and Jamie were very meticulously and spent hours cleaning our ‘move in cleaning’. The dishwasher was so black with scum and now it looks brand new. Kudos, for the excellent service. I would use them again.

Starting the process of prepping my family home to put on the market, the StarPro team was able to respond quickly to my request for a deep clean of kitchen/baths, and they did an amazing job. They were polite, efficient, and very helpful in recommending next steps. A great team!

We were on the mainland and they quickly booked us for a light cleaning service after a plumbing repair. The pictures they sent us afterwards showed the care and attention to detail they had taken. Our condo was immaculate and we will definitely be using them again in the future! Mahalo

StarPro cleaning are true professionals! I’ve used them for my move out cleaning from a high rise in Honolulu. Iryna made my one bedroom apartment spotless and Genesis made my carpets look brand new. They were very professional and efficient. The manager followed up with me right after the job was completed to make sure I was fully satisfied. They also have a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee which is really helpful in case inspectors find any additional areas to clean. Save their number for future cleaning demands!

Honestly was disappointed with this service, I scheduled a move out cleaning the day before the walkthrough and still had to come in the next morning to touch up the cleaning. I think for the amount of money they charge they would have more attention to detail. Be warned I was told carpet cleaning isn’t available if you live in military housing. Additionally, I think the missed areas come down to the fact that they only sent one person to clean. I was hoping this would take something off my plate with the move, disappointed with the result and would not recommend.

Very disappointing experience with StarPro Cleaning

I was disappointed with my cleaning from StarPro Cleaning. The cleaner seemed rushed and unfriendly. She asked to arrive three hours earlier despite me saying I work from home, then interrupted a work call to ask how long it would be because she needed to use the vacuum. She left without any communication or asking me to review her work, and she only cleaned around items instead of moving anything — which is unrealistic in a small studio. If I’d known I had to move everything for a proper clean, I would have done it myself. Not helpful and not what I expected.

I was able to book one-time service for the next day. Needed an urgent cleaning and they helped me out with being quick and booking my appointment. I will say it is a bit pricey but the work was efficient. The unit was 874sq, 2 bed and 2 bath, but unit was already cleaned by my partner. So the move out service provided made the unit extra spotless and smelled fresh and clean. s/o to Barry for communicating and getting the job done.

We are very happy with the service we received from StarPro Cleaning. When making the appointment, customer service was very personable and friendly. All my questions were easily answered and appointment set up quickly. Price was very reasonable for what we needed. We had so much on our plate with moving, it was so worth it. On the day of cleaning, young lady arrived on time, she was very polite and friendly. Once she got started, we could see she was a professional and very efficient. The results were exactly as expected. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

I love Len! She is professional and pleasant. She was very helpful with trying to accommodate scheduling and quotes, as well as great at following up. Barry was my assigned cleaner and he too, was professional and pleasant. I’ve been looking for a cleaner to use exclusively and I’ve found it with StarPro. The communication was excellent , along with the cleaning - highly recommend.

I'm not one to write any reviews, but after the sercice I just received, I had to do it.

I was in desperate need to help clean the most used bathroom in our house, and I found StarPro Cleaning Services via Google, which I may add was my very first time ever booking a professional cleaner due to how busy and exhausted I've been with work.

The booking went so smoothly with Cha, and she was so kind, patient, and accommodating, while speaking with her over the phone.

As for the cleaner, his name is Barry... WOW...WOW...WOW!!! 20 out of 10!!! he was so kind, fast, and efficient with his cleaning. Paid attention to detail. Our bathroom looks so new and amazing. I've haven't seen our bathroom this clean in a while.

I would seriously highly recommend StarPro Cleaning Services. I was hesitant at first, by my goodness, I'm so happy I took that leap of faith, and just left it with the professionals.

Due to Barry's amazing work, I've now booked a monthly occurrence with this amazing company!

Great service and results! I received two cleaners for a move out clean, and both performed amazing. Gabi was super detailed and made the refrigerator and oven look brand new, and Wendy was super quick and efficient.

The cleaner showed up early and did an excellent job. All the wooden floors looked polished and new. The rug was vacuumed, everything wiped down,
and the lanai never looked cleaner. Very positive experience.

StarPro was awesome and I will definitely be using them again! I decided to hire someone to clean my place at the last minute. I sent a message on google and they contacted me immediately. They were very polite and professional, answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining the services they offer and the cost. I was able to schedule an appt for a standard cleaning for the next day which was really convenient and I also thought it was very reasonably priced. Natt is the guy who cleaned my place and he did an amazing job! He was very friendly, detailed, and went above and beyond in my opinion. He triple checked with me that everything was up to my standards before he left. I'm very happy with Natt's service and StarPro in general! I would definitely recommend giving them your business!

Thanks to the team at StarPro my home always looks great. I started using them months ago after they did a Move Out cleaning for my old house in Pearl City and I found out they offer Move In cleanings as well so I took them up on it when I bought a house in Kapolei.

The results blew me away. Their cleaners are always friendly and they always make sure I am satisfied with the cleaning before heading out. Their weekly cleaning rates are pretty amazing and I would encourage any moms out there to give them a try. They also shampoo my area rug at least once a month and it comes out spotless each time.

The kids can’t make a mess that this team can’t clean up. Every time they stop by my neighbors always ask me which company I use and I always tell them they have to give Starpro a try. Special shout out to Gabi and Josefina for always doing an amazing job. Wish I could rate them 10/10.
