Robin and her crew did an excellent job cleaning my 3 bedroom/2 bath condo and made an extra effort to get all the cat fur everywhere !

David and his team do not disappoint. Once I hired them then clean my rental, I pretty much can rest easy knowing that it's always going clean and ready for the next guests. Professional, flexible, and dependable!

Last wednesday, the cleaner did an excellent job! She worked 4 hours, when only scheduled for 1 hour. When she returned on friday, she did what she could, given the limited space to vacuum.

Wednesday more than made up for friday but i cant give a "perfect" score. Almost perfect! Highly recommend!

We have a very high traffic area in our office, and this needs special attention and details oriented person for cleaning. StarPro Cleaning did a wonderful job. Star Pro Cleaning Services did a fantastic job. At last minute notice I needed the help to complete a thorough move out cleaning and they pulled it off. Showed up on time, went beyond to pull out the stove, ice box and washer dryer more than what was agreed upon. Highly recommend them to assist with cleaning. Very friendly staff. Mahalo

They canceled because my place was too dirty for a move out Starpro didn't even call back to discuss a new price. I lessened the scope of work that needed to be done.
I was hoping to see if I could work out a deal with them. But they said the guy left already.
. Good luck with the overpriced Wish wash CLEANING company I wish there would be truthful on saying why they couldn't do it. Not just give call there all. Too much work. They were gonna be nice enough to send me pictures of how dirty it was.I was already in the unit.I know it had to be done. I wouldn't waste my time with this company.Because our time is our money and if all they do is want the money and don't want to do any work.

Some companies just want to get paid first and expect the place to be clean.You're a cleaning company. They told me that I wouldn't be satisfied with the job when they were done.That's why they didn't take the job.. I've never heard such rubbish. I wish I can get 0 stars bc 1 star is too much for them.I have no respect for a company that schedules with me and doesn't even make an honest effort where the a lot dollars down was paying for this.

We did a few whole-house cleanings and then a big move out clean and I was very satisfied with the work. Len communicated well in advance about what time the cleaners would arrive. Barry did an amazing job on our move out clean. He was extremely detailed and ensured the house looked immaculate.

I hired Star Pro Cleaning Services for a move-out clean, and they did an exceptional job! The team was punctual, friendly, and thorough. They were proffesional, polite, and the whole process was a lot faster than I thought it would be! My carpet still smells better than it did when we moved in.

Honestly, would give ZERO stars if I could. We hired this company to do a move out clean for our three bed, three bath home and it was only an 'okay' job. The blinds were not dusted, the windows weren't cleaned, the oven wasnt cleaned, and one of the shower drains seemed completely untouched by them. Please note, even if they specifically ask about the condition of your carpet, they DON'T shampoo them. The best you'll get is a vacuuming. No where is it advertised that they don't shampoo carpets. Would not recommend (at least for move out cleaning).

If I could go back, I would not have booked my move out cleaning with this company. They rescheduled me after I booked my move out cleaning in advance in order to accommodate another cleaning that day. It threw off my schedule since moving out is a big deal and I already scheduled my move out inspection based on our agreed upon time. Once the time came, I got a text only 2 minutes beforehand that the cleaners would be and hour and a half late. It was very inconsiderate of my time and inconvenient since I had to have my mom meet the cleaners at my empty apartment since I couldn’t make it to the rescheduled time. The cleaners finished later than expected since they got there so late and they were working so hard. I think some cleaning was missed because of how dark it was in the apartment at the time that they ended up being there. All in all, it would have saved me so much heartache if I had booked with a more reliable company.

Cleaning cost was a higher than what was delivered. The cleaning itself was average. The grout was not cleaned at all and the person who cleaned my house was rude. He found his way into my garage (not an area he was supposed to be in. He stated he took pictures of my items in The garage because he liked my flooring and saw extra panels in the garage, and he put his personal drinks on my luggage items and in my freezer. He argued with me about killing a lizard in my own home. Thankfully after I reported the incident I was provided a refund for the unprofessionalism and shoddy work he did on my blinds. That is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 2.
