Wayne and his crew did some shoring posts for the front wall of the basement in our property for sale (unoccupied at the time), and also was supposed to epoxy two foundation cracks. He asked us to cut the check early during the work so that we could both leave while his crew finished up. They didn't do the epoxy jobs and had charged $1100 for it. We've reminded him about it for months. He finally delivered the warranty on the shoring posts for us to give to our buyer, weeks late, and never refunded us the work that he charged for and didn't do. It doesn't matter your situation, this is just crooked. That's all there is to say. Seemed like a nice guy, and the work that was done seemed good, but I wouldn't trust the guy, and our mistake paying before we saw it finished. Won't happen again.

Wayne promptly provided a quote and proposed solution. Pricing was fair. Most importantly, the work was done right. His guys were courteous and knowledgeable. Foundation and drainage issues aren't always the easiest to solve, often with unknown surprises. Project was Handled with professionalism and good communication. Thanks and look forward to additional projects in the future.

Wayne Terry repaired part of a concrete porch foundation several years ago. Recently I needed some information on the work for a potential home buyer. He has absolutely gone out of his way to pull up those records! He has even gone so far as to allow me to give his number to the buyer to answer further questions. This is a company I highly recommend for all foundation work. Excellent customer service forever 👍

Absolutely awful!!! I hired Wayne and his company because he seemed like a nice guy and priced his work very fair. We started at the begin of October and should have only taken a few days and has turned into a two month long project. One of his guys had the flu 3 times in 2 months so he says and that’s the reason they couldn’t come out to finish the work. His planning behind everything doesn’t make since because they only should have been out there a few times and have been out serveral time for only and hour or two at a time. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Wayne was wonderful in giving me advice on my foundation. I had called other specialists who would not even talk to me unless I paid a $200 estimate/consult fee because the house is under contract. Wayne, however, was more than happy to assist in any way he could to guide me in the right direction.

Hired him to repair a cracked basement wall. We did the work based on his advice. It took months to complete. When the full weight of the house was placed back on the wall, it cracked worse than before. We had an engineer look at the wall after the fact, and he said that it would require a complete rebuild to repair. We consulted a lawyer who send a letter to Wayne. Wayne's way of dealing with it was to ignore it. We could sue, and the lawyer said we had a good case, but even if we won, there was no guarantee that we would be reimbursed. House siding was also damaged, utilities into the house were damaged when dirt was filled back in. Wayne is very personable and friendly and gives a good impression, but what he did to us was criminal. His "Lifetime Warranty" is completely worthless.

We had some foundation issues with water coming into our basement. We had a contractor come out and sent in his foundation guy (not even sure on the company name) and, without an estimate just patched some cracks charged us waaaayyy too much money without any details about what he was going to do. Almost a year later, feb 2023, we had more water come into the basement. We had Wayne come out and was able to tell us what problems we had just from a glance, gave me an estimate, and setup us on a schedule right away. He did some shoring up on the wall, trenching, put in a sump pump, and did some framing for us. All these jobs were done quickly in 4 days and did a great job. Thanks so much Wayne.

Contacted them about an issue we thought we had in our home and they came out and inspected us and let us know the issue wasn’t foundational as we had feared. Didn’t try to scare us into making unneeded repairs. Easy to work with and knowledgeable. Honest business practices. Would recommend.

We called to have the foundation on our home inspected, Wayne came the same day we called. We are very satisfied with Wayne's findings/report and felt very confident with what he advised. The pricing was very fair. I recommend using foundation solutions of NKY, we will again if the need arises. We are very happy customers.

Foundation Solutions did an excellent job for us. We had them trench a foundation and add a sump pump in an older building to prevent water leakage. They did the job quickly and professionally. It was done on time and for a very reasonable price.

Wayne, the proprietor, is honest and straightforward and helped us figure out exactly the right steps to take to achieve our goal. He saved us money over some other possible solutions and got the work done. A great experience for us!

Wayne’s crew was prompt, efficient and hard working. They arrived as early as they could to start work and stayed well past dark-putting in extra effort to cover and clean up before leaving until the following day. Our project took four days, and they took their time making the retaining wall we needed rebuilt level, sturdy, and attractive. Very happy with the results.

Newer home owners: just wanted to see how the foundation is holding up on our over 100 year old home, since cracks have been forming and we know practically nothing about foundation.
Within a day of inquiry, Wayne came out to look at the property; he only took about 15 minutes, noted everything he saw and explained to me in layman‘s terms how to go about fixing those without breaking the bank. After walking the property, Wayne didn’t do a sales pitch, he didn’t do the fear tactics, he went back over what to watch for and the priority of them.
I really appreciate how straight forward and helpful he was, and if we do end up needing foundation work done, I will be using Foundation Solutions of NKY.

Wayne and his team did an amazing and thorough job of lifting our 90 year old home. The lift needed almost 5" to get us back to as close to level as we could possibly could get this old house. This project presented itself with many challenges as well as obstacles. Wayne and his team met each one head on. Wayne's pricing was fair and transparent. I have a couple other large jobs and I plan to use Foundation Solutions. Great job!

Wayne and his team (Gabriel) spent two days working on a 2” thick foundation crack repair. They also installed 4 piers in our basement to
stabilize our foundations that was settling due to unstable soil. Both projects went extremely well.

Foundation work can be stressful, but Wayne brings real expertise and calm confidence to the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about foundation systems and takes the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of jumping to a quick fix. His pricing was very competitive and completely transparent. He didn’t pressure us, and there were no surprises.

One thing that really stood out is how well he collaborates with structural engineers. He respects the engineering plans and communicates clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being handled correctly.

Ivan responded to my mother's call within minutes and resolved her foundation questions within a day. I live out of state and could not help her with her challenges. Ivan handled her problems with the ethical approach that had me recommend her to call him in the first place. All is well.

We had a fairly large remodel project that included new foundation for a 3-story extension, plus cement patio with stairs, retaining wall, and front driveway. If anyone has gone through an extensive remodel, you know how stressful it can be. We were fortunate to use Diviney for this fairly large project.

Ivan, was so helpful in providing guidance in the decisions we needed to make, and was patient through it all - didn't feel rushed. He was very informative of all the options available to us, and when the work was finally done, it was better than what we expected.

We did have an issue about 6 months later when it rained really hard - we found that our new redwood fence that we put up over the retaining wall, leaked and stained the cement.
