I had an excellent experience with W&S Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services. Ryan cleaned our chimney and dryer vent, and inspected our wood stove. The task was effective, and he was extremely well-informed about all matters. The cleaning of the dryer vent enhanced our dryer's efficiency, and I feel considerably more secure with a cleaned chimney. Ryan was cordial, professional, and made sure to clarify everything. I will surely reach out to them again for services in the future

I had an excellent experience with W&S Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services in Glenwillard, Pennsylvania. Justine, the technician, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She performed a thorough vent cleaning and air duct cleaning, which significantly improved the airflow in my home. Justine also conducted a detailed chimney inspection and identified a minor leak that she promptly repaired. What impressed me most was her expertise in chimney odor removal — my home is now free from the unpleasant smell that had been lingering for weeks. Justine explained each step of the process clearly and ensured everything was cleaned up before leaving. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend W&S Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services for their exceptional quality and professionalism.

After moving into an older house with a chimney services, we just hired this business to examine and clean our fireplace. Before beginning the inspection, the expert arrived on time and gave a thorough explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection. They discovered structural problems and debris accumulation during the visit that needed to be fixed before the system could be used properly. In order to reestablish appropriate airflow, they also finished thoroughly cleaning the chimney liner and wood stove pipe. When describing the state of the chimney and fireplace, the expert was thorough, kind, and patient. Everything was finished on schedule, and the workspace was spotlessly cleaned afterward.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. Nilo was able to answer my questions about using the cast iron stove insert we have as well as explain the work he was doing and things to watch out for. Thanks to W&S Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service of W&S Chimney and Dryer Vent Cleaning. I was told by the schedulers that they cleaned dryer vents on the roof. When the technician arrived, he said they didn't access the vent on the roof, they'd do it from the attic. After checking out the attic crawl space, the technician said they needed a smaller brush and would be back in 1 1/2 hours. That was 2 days ago. They never came and never called.
I called the office 3 times to find out what was going on. The woman who answered all 3ctimes said she would contact the technician and have someone get back to me.
I do not recommend this company, purely because they obviously don't care about customers. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but surely someone could have called in two days!
I will call another company now.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable dryer vent services and maintenance!
