I started using Macario Bros just because I wanted to change the person cutting my grass. But the first time I used them I was not impressed. I had a problem with how high they were cutting the grass but it really didn’t bother me that much. But when Ryan called and asked if I was pleased, that did impress me. I had never had anyone who cut my grass ask how they were doing before. So I went ahead and let him know. The very next time they cut the grass it was absolutely perfect. I love that Josh and his crew just come to the house and get busy. I always get a call as a reminder and a follow up call to see how they are doing. I also love that the offer other services but they don’t push them on you. Josh and his crew are quick efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. And the most important part is they are reasonable!!!

The peace of mind that Macario Brothers has given me over the past two years has been incredible. My lawn has transformed from underwhelming to something I’m truly proud of. Ryan in the office has always made things run smoothly, patiently answering my many questions along the way. This past year, with the addition of Ronald, I’ve also had the pleasure of getting him, he has been incredibly warm and welcoming whenever I call.

While at the property, they stepped through the vegetable garden instead of walking on the pavement as someone normally would. Fortunately, the home cameras recorded it so it’s not refutable.

From the start, the experience was fantastic! When I called, I spoke with Ronald, who was incredibly polite and made me feel like more than just another sale—that was truly appreciated. We had some trouble setting up the portal, but Ryan made the process easy to follow, and we were so grateful for his help and his positive attitude.

Behind the scenes, everything runs smoothly, and when the team came out to mow, they were precise and left the yard looking immaculate. We also added the weed control service, and now our lawn blends beautifully with our neighbors'. My husband especially loves that he doesn’t have to figure it all out himself!

I do not understand the spray paint look

I’ve been a customer for about 4 months now and I’ve seen great improvement in weed control and with our grass. Highly responsive when there are questions. Also have had only one incident where a water hose was damaged by mistake; not only did they acknowledge the mistake on their own but both, Daryl the technician and Ryan the manager went out of their way to make it right. Highly recommend not only for their great service but also excellent customer service

I was charged nearly double of what the proposed estimate was. Not only that but they did a terrible job. There are giant patches of grass untouched and it is uneven. My yard is about 1/4 acre I was charged $60 for when I was told it would be $35. The grass height now ranges anywhere from 1-8 inches.

Caden and Paul serviced my front and back yard and did a great job! Caden explained the pre-emergent treatment and ensured the back yard was locked as requested.

Alberto did great with lawn care and even picking up our dogs toy in yard before spraying. Great job.

Please, stop putting yard signs on lawns you don't service! Trugreen treats my yard and u guys wanna take their credit? I don't see McDonald's wrapping Whataburgers n taking their credit.

Joshua and Paul did not edge the yard. It’s the last cut of the year so I didn’t expect too much, but edging is important. They also ran over the cord for my holiday light fixture with their lawn mower, cutting it and effectively making it useless. I now I have to buy another light fixture for my lawn.
