Poor service. The store is a mess. I'll return to my regular store @ i10 which is great.

Not a bad place to shop for home improvement and gardening supplies. There's room for improvement.

I purchased LEMON TREE after three months I discovered it's orange tree. The guy with the garden dept. was with me and he's the one who told me this is a good lemon tree. The tag as well is lemon. That's unbelievable

Great selection of organic and natural gardening products and plants for a home improvement store. Also, they have plants specifically for your Zone.

I think that Home Depot need retraining some of employees in garden dept, special Mr ( G ) when the customer asked some help because I had opened heart surgery, please do not answer that is your problem not my business, you doing it yourself . Thanks

Customer service could be better, the associates are rude, I use to work at HD, we always had to greet the customers, these days, they don't even look at you, we use to walk the store and engage the customers, now you have to go look for an associate. What happened to HD?

Came to buy a washer & Dryer, but after 30 minutes of begging for help I realized nobody at home depot wanted to sell me any appliances. Hopefully there are humans at Lows that actually want to sell me products.

It's all about who you talk to. Some of the workers avoid you or are rude, others are really helpful and kind to you. I really like the ones that approach me and ask me if I need help if I look lost but leave me alone if I look in a hurry and know what I'm getting. Today I had a really good experience in the garden center, I got a lot of help finding poison oak killer as well as tips on how to make sure I didn't kill my other pants since I'm just getting into landscaping. It made up greatly for the bad customer service I had at self checkout where I had a lot of heavy objects and the worker was more concerned about flirting with another coworker than helping me scan the object with her scanner gun. She was really rude and acted like I was getting in the way of her getting laid, it was really awkward and I will actively avoid her for now on. I'm not going to let one extremely unsavory person ruin an entire store for me.

I went here for some soil and possibly plants. The Miracle Grow was pretty pricey, but the humus-and-compost mix was only $1.65 for a big bag. I found their plants on the expensive side, too. I always enjoy Home Depot's people, though. There are plenty of them, and they go out of their way to help.

This garden center is extremely nice! The plants are healthy and very organized. The other garden products are also well stocked. The cashier was very friendly and helpful too.

I agree with Julia...it's all about who you talk to in the store. I had an excellent experience with a lady named Joyce in Lawn and Garden. She helped me pick out tomato plants and herbs to grow about which I knew close to nothing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered many questions I had. She also seemed patient with my lack of knowledge. I appreciated her very much. She should be boss of this department if she's not. Too bad I live in Deer Park...nowhere close to this location at all, just happened to be on this side of town.

This Home Depot has a great garden center. Plenty of stock on hand, easy in and out. Shopped there since 2004. Joyce is the number 1 employee regarding all of your planting questions!
