We have been using them for over a year now, and are very happy. They come out once every two weeks. I have had a chance to meet quite a few of their teams, and to a person they've been friendly and very nice. They often leave little extra touches in my kids' rooms to make them look particularly friendly. The teams do rotate, so it can be tough to remember everyone's name and really get to know them, but that is the only thing I can even think of to list as a con. What's extra nice is that the management is responsive as well, the few times I've needed to make a request or ask a question.

Team of two was friendly and efficient, and COVID-compliant. Worked efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciate the backpack-vacuum which protects the walls and baseboard corners from damage. We are very happy with our clean home and look forward to a similar experience every other week.

Without a doubt, Maids is the best cleaning service I've ever dealt with (and there have been many). The team is always delightful — working smoothly, thoroughly, and professionally.

Every other Thursday is my favorite day of the week. Why? Because The Maids Team #B3 cleans our home. We're in our third year of using this company and I am grateful for the care with which they treat our home and belongings, the invitation for feedback and unique requests (e.g., "During summer months could you consider 'the deck' to be a room and vacuum the chairs'"?), the love they show to my cat, and the opportunities for growth and professional development provided by the owners/company.

Have had only good experiences with this service company! Admin staff is very friendly and accommodating, and while the cleaners are usually a different team every time, they have always been professional and competent, sometimes seeming to perform magic. The team leaders really listen when I ask them to do things differently.

These ladies are the best. The power was out at my house when they arrived so they called me and gave me the option of doing all of the cleaning they could that didn't require power or coming back the next day. I told them to go ahead and clean as best as they could. When I got home I was impressed at what a great job they did. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. They are always great. They once crawled over a downed tree in my driveway to get to my house to clean! I really appreciate this team and their team leader, Ondrea.

The crew that came were fabulous! They did an amazing job! They worked as a team from start to finish! My house looked cleaner than when I moved in! I will use their services in the future!
