The Maids have been cleaning my house for over ten years. Their work is professional, thorough and sensitive to my uniques needs, i.e. cats, time of day, day of week, etc. They communicate regularly with me regarding any issues I might have, and have always been flexible when situations arise that require a change in their or my schedule. I highly recommend them.

The Maids are an excellent cleaning service. The team is reliable, thorough and they take care to do a superior cleaning. I've had other services in the past, but The Maids is the best by far. I rate them 5 Stars. They are top-notch!

We have been happy with The Maids. They always do a good job and the house is left in better shape than I could ever imagine. We waited several months during the Corona virus to safely distance ourselves. They showed up with masks and glove and were very safe and conscientious as they moved through the house.

As my husband said when The Maids left, “Why is the house sparkling? It is grey outside but the house feels almost magical.” The Maids do a fast and professional cleaning, and yes, the house sparkles when they are done. I love having a really clean house, but The Maids take the cleanliness up a few notches.

The Maids of Everett, and most specifically Maria and her team, provide the BEST home cleaning service out there. Always on time; always with top equipment; and always with a smile, they have for the last few years provided me with quick, efficient work and leave me with a pristine home. I can't recommend this company enough!

The team did a wonderful job on the house and everything looked lovely! We have only had them out for the initial cleaning so far, but we are signed up for the monthly cleaning and are looking forward to that since the house is so much easier to maintain after they have come. Based off of what I have seen so far I would highly recommend their service.

The team exceeds my expectations every time they come. Honestly I could not say enough about them. The worry is gone about cleaning corners or fixtures I can no longer reach, and I have a quiet confidence now knowing our home is clean enough for Anyone’s standards. The Maids have been coming to my home for more than a year and I am very pleased with the service they provide. In addition to doing a great job cleaning the house, they work quickly and carefully (I don't worry about my Llladroes!)

Initially, I asked the team to make a couple of changes to the way they normally do things. They were gracious about responding to my requests and, although, from time to time, different teams have come, each one has adopted the changes, without my having to mention it again.

I've used The Maids for a few years. They are always on time and professional. They do a very nice job and don't waste time. They keep great notes from each visit so they remember my requests. I always enjoy when a new crew arrives and notes that they understand I have "sneaky cats" who like to try to escape. That shows me that they are reviewing the notes each time. I truly appreciate this service!

I have used the Maids for many years now and love their service. They were always able to accommodate short notice adjustments. The team is very friendly and does a great job cleaning. There never was a thought, that I would stop the service during COVID times. We kept the regular schedule. The team adjusted their procedures for COVID measures, and we always felt safe with them. It is such a delight to come home to my house, on a day when The Maids have been there! I appreciate the attention to the small details (like folding the paper rolls into triangles and even sometimes making my bed, if I have forgotten). They always leave a nice note and yesterday I was welcomed by a nice bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle on my table! I really appreciate the thoughtful gift and the consistently great work on my house!

The Maids did a wonderful clean of our house, which greatly needed it. When I called to schedule the appointment, I explained that I can no longer do a lot of the cleaning, and what I would like the areas of emphasis to be. The four ladies who came did a stellar job! They actually made it look as if two giant shedding dogs don't live here - no easy task. The dogs and I left them alone to work uninterrupted, and when we got back the house looked and smelled fantastic! I would definitely recommend The Maids cleaning service.

We highly recommend The Maids! We had an emergency situation where we we had to quickly find a company to clean our townhouse as we were moving out the following Tuesday. I called The Maids on a Friday and spoke with Chandler who was very helpful. Chandler then said she could arrange to have the Maids clean that Monday. This was a a life-saver for us! The Maids did such an excellent job that when we did the final inspection of our townhouse with our landlady, our landlady asked which company did we use for cleaning as she was so impressed with the quality of their work! We’ve been using the Maids for over 20 years now. They are reliable, professional, so easy to work with. We like the fact that they arrive as a team, so they aren’t at your house all day. In those 20 years, I can recall one minor issue which was quickly and professionally resolved.

My house always feels so clean after the Maids have visited! I love that there are always three or four team members, so they are in and out quickly and efficiently. Any "missed" areas are immediately remediated with a smile. I have some allergy issues within the family, and any changes in products (I supply my own) are always accommodated. Whenever I need to change my regular cleaning day, the office is more than willing to arrange an alternate date. I like that I can follow their arrival time via maps - today, I also received a much appreciated phone call alerting me as to their arrival time. I appreciate The Maids!

The Maids are always right on time and do a great job cleaning our whole house in a short time. I like that they come with 3-4 people so the house is done much quicker than when we had a just one person cleaning. They also charge it straight to a card on file so I don't have to remember each time or get cash. They confirm appointments and send text notifications of specific arrival time and completion time. Very professional, dependable and consistent service.

We have been using The Maids for three years now and look forward to every visit! The ladies on our cleaning team are incredibly efficient and do an amazing job each time they're here. Every once in while something pops up and we need to reschedule and they are just the easiest folks to work with, very accomodating. There is obvious care put into every cleaning, can't recommend them enough!
