Aurora was great. I received a same day quote. She was very fair with pricing and did an excellent job cleaning our two level apartment. She cleaned areas of the cabinets I never looked before. I highly recommend her services.

Miss Aurora was great. She helped us with a pre-move in house cleaning. We had other work on the house happening at the same time. She was courteous and worked the others. House was cleaned. Prices were in-line with other services.

I have been using Miss Aurora's cleaning for about 1 year and I am always thrilled with the results. I wanted to come on and write a review as my way of both thanking Aurora and letting others know. I love when someone takes pride in their work and has a goal of making their client happy. Aurora is professional, yet kind and caring, she is promp and works with my crazy schedule, which doesn't allow for a committed cleaning day. I've had a few services over the years and they did nothing more than fair work. When I return home after Aurora has cleaned I want to stay home and enjoy my sparkling home. I'm fairly new to St.Charles and really struck gold finding her service.

Aurora has been awesome to work with. She's caring and focused on the details. From communication, scheduling and payment it's a breeze. If you are looking for an amazing partner to keep your home fresh, I would highly recommend her.

Aurora did excellent work and really got into everything she outlined with notes during our initial visit and executed. This helped to manage expectations and ensure we both knew what was in scope. Miss Aurora is amazing! She does a fabulous job. My home looks and feels amazing when she is done. I have two cats and a dog and she is great with them. She is also very sweet and flexible. I love not having to worry about cleaning my home because she does a much better job than I can.

I requested a deep cleaning of my house and Aurora fit me in her schedule quickly. She asked questions and made sure she was aware on what I needed done so we were on the same page. On the day of the cleaning she kept the communication going and gave updates on her progress. She worked efficiently and did a wonderful job with the cleaning and organizing. I have had cleaning services before. I asked for a deep move-in clean. She charges me $540 for HALF of a 1500 square foot townhome. That price is ridiculous in itself, and the cleaning itself wasn't anything but ordinary. I have had regular clean done for 150. I wouldn't recommend. Quality and the hour
ly rate do not meet the standards that they should be.

The woman is a cleaning genius, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle the absolute chaos that is my home—especially before those big holiday gatherings where I have to convince my relatives that I’m a fully functioning adult who totally dusts on a regular basis.

(Spoiler alert: she notices everything.) She operates like a Swiss watch, always on schedule and ready to work, which is a miracle in itself considering I can barely show up to my own plans on time.

Now, let’s talk about attention to detail. You know that spot on the baseboard that you pretend doesn’t exist? She finds it. That dusty ceiling fan you conveniently “forget” about? She’s up there wiping it down like a cleaning ninja. I once made the mistake of thinking I had cleaned my kitchen pretty well before she arrived—she still managed to find a spot I missed. It’s both humbling and impressive.

Availability? Unmatched. I have thrown some absolute last-minute disasters her way, especially when hosting events, and she always manages to squeeze me in. Whether it’s prepping my home for a holiday party or making sure it looks presentable after said party (because let’s be honest, the aftermath is usually worse), Miss Aurora always comes through.

But what really sets her apart is her friendly and reliable service. Some cleaning services make you feel like you’re just another client on their checklist—Miss Aurora makes you feel like you have a cleaning fairy godmother. She’s warm, kind, and somehow never judges me for the state of my house when she arrives. I have let her into my home in conditions that I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy, and she has tackled every mess with a smile.

She is also one of the hardest working people I have ever met. While I would need a full nap after just vacuuming one room, Miss Aurora powers through an entire house like it’s nothing. She doesn’t cut corners, she doesn’t rush through, and she certainly doesn’t leave a job half-done. Every single time, my home is left spotless—so much so that I almost feel guilty messing it up again. Almost.

Over the past two years, working with Miss Aurora has been nothing short of amazing. She has saved me from embarrassment before family gatherings, made my life significantly easier, and kept my home in a state that I can only describe as “Pinterest-worthy.” If you’re looking for a cleaning service that is reliable, thorough, and just an absolute delight to work with, look no further. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, because quite frankly, I trust her with my life—and more importantly, with my floors.

So, if you need your home to look like you’ve got it all together (even when you absolutely do not), call Miss Aurora. She’s the best decision you’ll ever make—besides that last-minute deep clean before your in-laws show up.

I like miss Aurora and her cleaning crew! everybody was friendly and very detailed oriented definitely working nonstop.
It was nice when I first called her she answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable I gave her the door code and she went in Nobody was home and took care of business. It was easy to do payment with Venmo and she sent me updates and pictures. I like being able to have control of what she was doing even though i wasn't home. It was so refreshing to arrive to a spotless house! I've got her booked every 3 weeks.

She saved me..I had a party to prepare and at the last moment, she was able to take on a same day after hours job…and came to our house and did in 2.5hrs what would have taken me a week to do. My party will be a success now because she did such a great job.
