I have found Bartlett to be very responsive and they do good work. I had a giant 95-100 foot white pine that needed to be cut down. I called several companies who came out and never got back to me. Bartlett came over, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the job as soon as the ground froze. I have had them do several other jobs since and have been very satisfied.

I very much need these tree services, and was so happy they were provided with such professionalism and care. Wise Oak came when they said they would and did the job for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

My husband and I had just bought a second home in VT. We were not there and had an emergency. Nash responded quickly and had a team there in no time. I’m blown away by their speed. It’s hard to manage a home from a distance, but I feel at ease with Wise Oaks service!

We had a number of trees that were in danger of falling on our house if there was a bad storm. Wise Oak provided us with a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the work as quickly as they could. The team that came to take down the trees were great to work with. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the work before they left.

Wise Oak does excellent work and puts me at ease when I am not at my home in Vermont. They take great care of my house in a timely manner and are always professional. I recommend them highly!

Matt Mosher and his Wise Oak team have been great to work with. As the point person for landscaping at Eagle Rise complex, I have found communication with Matt , whether through a phone call, text, or email to be generally easy. Wise Oak takes care of our large trees and prunes our Crabapple trees every Spring. Matt's professional education makes a huge difference as he clearly knows what he's talking about when diagnosing a problem, recommending treatment to alleviate it, or discussing maintenance issues. He and his team show up when they say they will. They are skilled and professional, and do a thorough cleanup when the job is complete. In addition, they are personable and easy to speak with should one have a question or request while the work is being done. In short, Wise Oak is an excellent
company to work with for all kinds of landscaping needs.

Matt and his great staff are the primary reason I can enjoy a vacation home 2100 miles away from my primary residence.. They do a fantastic job maintaining the property, handling any and all issues year round. I would give more stars if I could.

Matt and his very professional.and friendly crew did a fantastic job helping me install two massive support beams for my Treehouse. It wasn't easy as the 1,000 lb. Beams had to be lifted 20 feet off the ground and secured onto 4 massive Hemlock trees. The job went smooth as can be and the price was right. I highly recommend Wise Oak for any project that involves a tree, even a treehouse!!

Wise oak is one of the most professional tree companies I've ever worked with. We had a very large maple in a very difficult spot that they handled quite easily. From communication, safety and clean up. I have never seen a better company. Keep up the good work.

Jim went above and beyond getting a locust tree trimmed for us, in a really tight space in our front yard. He is a very honest individual and fair on his pricing.

BEYOND happy with the excellent job these guys did! They were professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Came over & gave us an estimate on a really difficult removal within a couple hours of calling them. Job was complete just 2 days later! Worked with me on a budget, kept me in the loop with awesome communication and in the end went above & beyond to help us out. All of this...the week of Christmas! Top notch company I WILL be using again and again.

In an early AM storm we lost limbs from an old tree in our yard. Part of it blocked a shared driveway. We couldn’t find anyone to help. Jim answered, dropped everything, and came right out to access the damage. He gave us a reasonable offer, and he and his team began work right away- even dealing with two other damaged trees while they were here.
Jim is knowledgeable and efficient and he and his team worked hard and quickly. When they left we could barely tell they’d been here- his employee even raked the gravel driveway and picked up every leaf and wood chip he saw. They left us with a giant pile of mulch- enough for a spring/summer’s worth of planting, which is great!
Undercut Tree Removal LLC is worth every penny. They made a stressful event turn into a pleasant one, and I’d definitely call them again for tree trimming/removal.

Amazing service and great pricing. They arrived 10 minutes before they promised which is great. So many people show up late. The guys only took about 45 minutes to take down the tree, chipped all the branches, took away the logs, and clean the yard. They took the stump to the ground and even tapered the edges! They treated me and my property as if they were doing it for family! Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Corey came to view the property and offer an estimate the same day that we called to inquire about having trees removed from a tricky location which included obstacles like power lines and a steep driveway. He met us right at the time he said he would. He offered a fair estimate and was flexible with scheduling.

The day of the job, the crew came right at the time they said they would (literally 7:30 on the dot) and finished the job in half the time that I thought it would take. They worked together like a well oiled machine and were incredibly efficient and friendly. Toward the end of the job, they asked if I thought anything else needed to be done. Then before leaving, they cleaned the site up and did an excellent job of it.

If you need tree work done and you live in their coverage area, these are your guys. I highly recommend them and if I need tree work done in the future I will be calling Classen’s again.

Classen's took a few trees for us today that were hanging over our roof, and did a great job taking down what was asked of them, at a reasonable price. That being said, they drove over our septic tank which they were specifically told where it was as well as marked off. If they were unable to do the job without driving somewhere they were specifically told not to, they should have worked with us to make a different plan or decline the job. They also cracked/broke about a half dozen rocks in our front walkway, as well as dragging brush through and tearing up a small garden.

After speaking with Corey I feel that he is willing to go the extra mile to make things right if we were to encounter septic system damage, and he takes accountability for his employees mistakes, that's all you can ask for in a business owner. Hopefully it trickles down to his employees as well.
I would recommend Classen's Tree Service, and hope to work with them again in the future. Thank you to Corey for putting us at ease, as well as protecting our new roof from overhanging trees!
