We have never posted a review before, but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a company. We have videos and photos showing proof that the agreed upon services were not done, aside from a couple basic items on a list of many, many more. When we reached out to question this, the response was extremely unprofessional- Comparable to a children’s tantrum but full of aggression, accusations, threats, and slander. Our toddler does not even behave that way; In fact, we do not know anyone with such horrific manners. The owner clearly cannot communicate properly nor perform services as agreed upon in both verbal and written contracts. Unless you wish for upfront payment, an incomplete job, and the absolute worst customer service we’ve ever experienced, please do yourself a favor and find another cleaning agency. We could have done a much more thorough job for free within less than a half hour- That is no exaggeration unfortunately. You’ll also notice many of these 5-star posts are from the owner themselves or people she stated were family members - We are kicking ourselves for not recognizing this prior to booking. Please save yourself from the headache and financial repercussions this has caused us, and find a company that is actually professional!

***As the company has responded with a completely falsified and untrue statement, I would like to re-iterate the fact that the cleaning job was horribly done (There is ample photographic evidence of this). We were not evicted - The lease was ending and I'm confused as to why that would be tossed in as an accusation. There were absolutely zero demands that the cleaning needed to be done "within several hours" - I specifically said "If there happens to be any availability today or tomorrow, that would be wonderful", and coming within hours was the company's offer. In fact, there were zero "demands" made by us at all - I am still extremely confused as to why these accusations continue to be made... The landlords had no issue with what you had mentioned in your response as the scuff marks and holes in the wall were pre-existing, but were rather disgusted by how poorly the cleaning services were and asked us the name of the company so that they could make sure to never use them or allow any future tenants to. I specifically stated that the walls did not need cleaning as the issues were pre-existing, although I did state it would be appreciated if the crayon marks made by our toddler could be washed, which was actually agreed to verbally, but just not included in the physical contract. Regardless, it took us about ten minutes to get the crayon marks off ourselves. The cleaning was finished very late at night, so we reached out just one day later to inquire as to why the cleaning was not performed as stated in the verbal and written contracts; There were no demands on our behalf - We were looking for a resolution and received the most unprofessional response possible. There were definitely no expectations of home repair - This was never even mentioned so again I'm confused by the continued random accusations - But there was full payment for a move-out cleaning which was performed terribly.

They are the best of the best! I would recommend them to anyone! We have had other cleaners and there is no comparison.

With this pandemic I'm currently working 12hrs a day 6 to 7 days a week! It's crucial that I keep my house clean and miss aurora cleaning has definitely helped me out alot. I'm paranoid about getting my loved ones sick so I need to disinfect my house regularly. The young lady is very detailed and a very hard worker. I appreciate her time and effort, it's very hard to get someone to come clean at this time.

I went on the NextDoor app to find a new housecleaner and there were many positive reviews for Miss Aurora and they weren't wrong. Aurora came over and we did a walk-through of my house and she took very detailed notes on what I was looking for in a house cleaning. We discussed my and her expectations and she happily explained everything in detail as to what I could expect. She also went through her terms and conditions and was available to answer additional questions via text.

The quote was sent shortly after her visit and came with a copy of her drivers license, a background check and a copy of her liability insurance policy. Aurora is very professional and the additional information added an increased level of comfort. I had a couple of other companies give me quotes - one didn't bother coming out and the other was only here about two minutes. They did not provide any addition assurances such as the ID, background check and insurance. The choice was simple.

Today Aurora did the first half of a deep clean (my house needed two sessions because it's pretty dirty). I couldn't be more pleased - everything looked fantastic and was very clean. Well worth the money! She'll be back next week for part 2, but I've already hired her as my new regular cleaner. Yay!!

Business owner, Aurora, is completely on top of her game. Booking my first appointment with her was a cinch, and she was thorough in her questions, making sure that she knew exactly what I needed and wanted. She was quick to then give me a fair and detailed bid which I am glad I accepted! Her cleaning was truly a deep cleaning, and she followed through on every inch of what she promised she would do. I am excited to have found her because she offers a great combination of being competitively priced without sacrificing quality. Usually, you have to get at least 3-4 bids before finding that, and who has time for that??? If you are unsure where to start, I'd start with her; I don't think you'll be disappointed!
