The ProMaxx cleaning team truly does a fantastic job. I've been cleaning my bathroom glass door and glass blocks inside the shower with regular Windex and even a specialty glass cleaner for two years and thought it was hopeless due to our hard water splashing up on it and staining it. After only one visit, both of them look completely brand new as if just installed. Same for my stove. It's old and no matter what I do, it never looks better. ProMaxx helped me not hate it until I can finally replace it! Thank you Justin, Lecia and Savannah.

NO CAP AT ALL… BD Groundwork’s is REALLY LIKE THAT. If you’re expecting some polite, slow-moving, clipboard-and-coffee type crew — nah. This ain’t that. This is straight PULL UP, FIRE THE MACHINES, AND GET TO IT energy. These boys came outside to WORK.

From the rip, you can tell the difference. No long talk. No weird delays. No “we’ll be back next week” nonsense. They show up DEEP, machines loud, crew focused, and everybody already knowing the assignment. Zero confusion. Zero wasted movement. Just straight motion.

Watching them work? Crazy. Dirt flying, machines dancing, everything moving smooth but aggressive. Cuts sharp. Grades clean. Packed tight. Nothing sloppy, nothing rushed, nothing left looking crazy. They don’t eyeball it and hope for the best — they LOCK IT IN. Every pass matters. Every move intentional. They treat the ground like it disrespected them and now it’s gotta get right. No cap.

And let’s talk hustle because these dudes GRIND. Sun up to sun down vibes. No hiding. No disappearing acts. No excuses about weather or timing. They stay on the job until it’s FINISHED finished. That blue-collar, knuckles-busted, “we don’t stop till it’s done” mentality is alive and breathing over here.

The pride is LOUD too. You can tell they actually care. They’re not just trying to get paid and bounce. They want the work to look TOUGH when they leave. They want it clean. They want it solid. Communication stayed on point the whole time. No guessing. No wondering what’s next. They tell you what’s happening, why it’s happening, and when it’s getting wrapped up. Straight transparency. Straight respect. That alone puts them above half the crews out here.

When it was all said and done? INSANE difference. Before looked rough. After looked OFFICIAL. Clean lines, proper flow, everything sitting exactly how it’s supposed to. The kind of finish that makes you nod your head and say, “Yeah… they snapped on this.”

I can recommend Ryan's services without reservation--it's very hard to find someone who actually gets right back to you AND follows through competently on their call--Ryan does both. I was extremely pleased with both the service (lawn mowing and fall window washing) and clear communication. I look forward to being on RFD's seasonal cleaning list.

Ryan is always extremely responsive, helpful and easy to do business with. I cannot recommend him enough. He’s plowing at all times of the night to ensure you can get up and to the mountain easily and quickly. I have used Ryan for 2 seasons (based on a recommendation from a local (and I don’t believe there is higher praise than that)). He exceeded all my expectations.

Recently, Ryan from RDF properties cleaned our windows, and the job he did was absolutely fantastic. He was very quick with getting us a proposal and also very prompt in performing the window cleaning. Actually, when the job was complete, I asked Ryan for an invoice and he wanted me to verify that all the work was done to my satisfaction before he would invoice me. Awesome communication, prompt scheduling, kept exceptional clean work site with great consideration towards our neighbors. Even finished ahead of schedule. Nice job taking down a good sized maple close to our house. Seeded and mulched lawn where material was dragged across. Complete considerate work and service.

Our project involved trenching for internet conduit between the street and a hillside house through forested conditions. Ryan was knowledgeable, responsive, and adaptable. He did efficient, well-tuned work surveying, choosing the right line, excavating, laying conduit, regrading, seeding, and haying the dig site, and leaving everything in perfect readiness for the next step, fishing cable to bring internet into our house for the first time. It came out on-time and on-budget. Ryan was friendly, fair, and honest in his planning and pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend partnering with him for landscape projects that require experience and discernment.

Not enough superlatives to offer about Silvia and her depth of knowledge, skills, creativity as well as responsiveness to us as consumers. Lucky for everyone she still insists on being a private consultant because her talent would be grabbed up by major botanical gardens and parks if she preferred. From initial exploration/planning of our wants and desires to evaluating our property, designed a fabulous new garden, listing all plants with generic and popular names, care and placement to follow up with lay out and plantings to where to obtain plants and landscape companies to install (if you prefer). She is totally efficient, brilliant and respectful of the time and investment the homeowner is committing. Rates more than reasonable.
