Worst is lawn care company you can possibly go with customer representatives are absolutely disrespectful and rude. Just got a call from one of them and she was ready to argue with me as if she’s the one paying me. I went ahead and explain to her. I had to disconnect the mosquito services because they never came out to redo my lawn, and she continued to argue with me until she hung up the phone and overpriced

Osie was courteous, came to the door and informed me about today’s application of fertilizer/pre-emergent herbicide and asked if I had any questions. He is the first TruGreen representative to use a blower to remove chemicals from my sidewalk and driveway!

Nick introduced himself and was very polite and professional explaining the service. I was impressed. Keep up the good work Nick!

David S arrived and explained what he would be doing g initially and started working on lawn immediately. This is first treatment so hopeful they get me to lush and green. Scheduled quickly and left details of today’s treatment on app for me. Very pleased with professionalism as well as nice guy. Excited to see the improvement in my lawns future.

Very professional and friendly. I can wait until the lawn reflects what the service brings. I have a neighbor using true green service and his lawn is healthy and lush green. Mine will soon follow.

Excellent communication. They tell you what you’re getting and when you should expect it. And then they show up on time and do what they said they were going to do! You wouldn’t think that would be that big of a deal. But that’s not what I have found with many companies today!

Ordered a one time aeration in 2023, the ground was hard due to low rain and they didn’t instruct me to water the lawn few days prior so they could properly pull plugs so when they aerated, it didn’t do much of anything. I had to call and complain, where they informed me about the need to water prior (first time hearing about this) but they did send someone out again with no hassle. BEWARE because they also auto enrolled me into yearly aeration without my knowledge. I only noticed when they sent a text a year later saying their representative is on his way to aerate (which I quickly called to cancel). Very SHADY so beware

Well I had a bad experience my self but the worst was yesterday . Trying to cancel my Parents serve my Dad had died in September and mom wants it shut off. So talking to Maria in customer retention and she would not let us cancel she tried to sell us a cheaper service the whole time. Then needed to talk to my mother to confirm and was trying to talk her into keeping the service . I will never recommend this service

Terrible customer service! A CALL CENTER HANDLES THE CALLS COMING IN! Could not speak to the right person about the management of our lawn. We are still waiting 3 days after call to speak with supervisor. They have our money and now we are hooked. Trying to cancel!!!!! RUN, from this service, do your research :-/

John save the technician save there business with me presuming he my new technician he explained everything to me took his time to answer my questions and concerns I had with other technicians before give him a job will done for me we need more people like him at every job thanks John the real face of TruGreen

We have definitely not had the good experience this past year that we had several years ago in the past. Last year we switched to TruGreen and our lawn had declined drastically! We have the full treatments done to our yard for weeds fertilizer plus a grub control treatments and the mosquito treatments. While our yard is now infested with fleas since we started having it treated and moles suddenly?... I can only assume there are way more grub worms and other insects as well since moles have recently infested our yard and are gradually getting worse everywhere. We still have weeds as well as bare spots on outer lawn. It seemed better when we were treating it ourselves. We also recently started getting yellow patches. The only good thing is the mosquitoes treatments seem to work, but that's a spray for out trees and bushes. It seems they do not cover our yard well if they're treating it at all. We have actually had a couple times where they showed up and left a note on our door saying they treated the yard when our cameras showed they never even stepped on the grass. We are definitely unhappy and unsatisfied with how our yard has declined since we started up service this past year particularly with the insect problem and moles since we pay extra for that. We are planning to cancel our services at the end of this year and just go back to doing it ourselves unless we find someone else.

David is the Best! He’s conscientious, knowledgeable , professional, and clearly explains what he’s doing and why. Every time he treats my lawn, he’s extremely courteous and thorough. Highly recommended!

I'm impressed with the cleanest of the work they do. They never leave trash or anything behind and they always close the gates behind them. If you have weeds or need fertilizer for your grass, be patient takes time to work. But then all of a sudden you notice a big difference. The mosquito treatment is great! I noticed a big difference right after the first treatment almost immediately. The only thing I don't like is the only give you one day notice that they're coming and then the window of service is really big. Besides that it's great. I highly recommend to anyone.

William was professional and took time assessing my lawn and applying the necessary products. He was patient with the dog who was in the yard when he arrived. He left the appropriate follow up note!

This service visit could have been avoided if the technician had done the prior weed application correctly. The chemicals he used to kill my weeds and nutsedge did not kill them. It only made more weeds grow in my yard.

If I could leave a negative score I would. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a company I have ever have. First...they killed my trees. I signed up for the tree and shrub service, trees were dead 6 months later. They said it was due to root rot (it was not). Then I cancelled service (or tried to) they charged me for a service that was not provided AFTER my cancellation date. Still tying to get it cancelled two months later. "Owner" texted me saying sorry, they have replaced techs and will be better. Still being charged and no response! STAY AWAY!

Loved how Leah called to let me know the truck was a few minutes away, and Also appreciated the thorough attention to detail. Dog toys were all cleared and gates closed following application.

Received my first service today from Trugreen so will be rating them each time they come in the future today the gentleman was very nice conscientious went over my yard condition and explain what was going to be done so I’m happy with the first service. See how it goes from here.

Jonathan was great, and very patient as I explained my concern with prior service. He understood my concerns and was able to address by the fertilizarion he applied. He came to my door afterwards and personally handed me the receipt.
