We started using Native about 6 months ago for a big head ant problem. They have been very attentive, on top of the regular visits they will come out if you have any concerns. Jason was our tech yesterday and did a great job explaining what he was doing and how it would help eliminate the problems we were facing.

Our technician Heiko was excellent. He arrived promptly, exactly when the company’s text message said he would, which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly, and a joy to have in the house. He built great rapport and made the entire experience very comfortable and easy.

He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered our questions, and made sure we understood the treatment process and next steps. We are expecting a follow-up visit in two weeks, and at that point we’ll be able to see how the treatment is progressing, but so far we are very pleased with the service provided.

Technician Charlie does a great job. Unfortunately we had to cancel the service due to really nasty customer service and the manager’s disrespectful actions.

Charles Aube has been maintaining our lawn for years and he is awesome. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional!

They came and check my irrigation system and told me it is not working. When I meet up with the technician BO he didn't even turn on the system so I can see it . All bo said was that I have to put a new system in and it will cost $9,000,00 . And he said that he will change the pump and timer which is working properly.. that company is a no good company all they care about is to make money. The following Monday they sent a salesman to sell me termite package. I gave him a piece of my mind about it company and they are a bunch of thief. Bo is the worst irrigation guy that I have meet. I called another company and they fix the problem for 300.00. I will never recommen Massey to anyone.
