Lawn and bush fertilizing. After the third treatment the lawn looked like it hadn't in years! The bushes started re-flowering again. The technician addressed all concerns I had with treatments and service. He even blew any fertilizer that settled on concrete into the grass where it belongs. I have never seen a landscaper do that before.

Charlie is the guy who services my lawn. He’s very professional and I appreciate that he makes contact with me to see if I have any areas of concerns on my yard. He’s a true asset to your company.

Charlie & Beau are the best techs. Not for them we would have given up on Massey long ago. Honestly when they retire we will move on.

Terrible service. I called them on Wednesday and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. We found ants in the kitchen. They told me somebody would be out between eight and 11 here it is 1045. We never heard from them. We called them only for them to tell us that they don’t have anybody to come out. If we didn’t reach out we never would’ve heard from them. I gave them so many days notice. Now who knows when they’re coming out they accept the payments. No problem but when you call with an issue they’re not around terrible company

Breach of contract?

In September I entered and signed a contract with Massey Services for them to conduct pest removal services every Tuesday in October for four sessions. (I had ghost ants)

After the first application, I had to chase and call the receptionist for the technician to come by and do an application for the second time. He did eventually show up (2 days later)

The third and fourth promised sessions (per the contract) of pesticide application never occurred. The receptionist was both friendly and courteous and did apologize, but in the business world, I'm sorry a friendly voice just doesn't cut it.

I would NOT recommend this business

My lawn is immaculate since Massey as been caring for my lawn. Thank you, Charlie, for your experience and recent advise concerning my irrigation pump loss of prime. Very pleasant employees.

Joe and Charlie with Massey are the best. Joe takes care of the pest control and Charlie does lawn and scrub treatment. I always get compliments from my neighbors and friends about how healthy my landscaping is. Very happy with Massey’s services

Ive been to them all, and nobody does it better than Charlie at Massey's. He has transformed my lawn. For years I stuck with other services wondering why my lawn didn't look like the lush lawn I'd always hoped for. One day my new lawn service brought me a Massey sign and told me about Charlie. He didn't even know Charlie. All my lawn guy knew was whoever was providing service was outstanding and his name Charlie.So I called, and I couldn't be happier. My lawn looks amazing!!!!

I have greatly appreciated the lawn service provided by Charles. He has been very professional and courteous, and he is willing to go over any problems the lawn may have and providing a solution to them. My lawn has been a challenge, but has greatly improved.

Charlie is the best. Everyone around us has those purple flowers growing in their yard but, not us. Charlie keeps them away. Our grass is green and weed free all the time thanks to Charlie and his expertise. I highly recommend him and Massey.

I have been with Massey for several years now. I have termite, tree & shrub and lawn service with them. Technician Charlie is the absolute BEST!!!! Very knowledgeable and informative. He takes his time and makes sure every need it met. I did have Massey’s irrigation service at one time, however the response time took many weeks and i simply could not wait that long for repairs.

Charlie is the best. My lawn and gardens look great. Bugs and weeds are under control. His monthly visits are thorough and professional. He always checks in to report what he did and all of I want anything else.

Today Massey took out the termite pods and left big holes in my yard. Not to mention they didn't even notify us they were doing so. I had to come home and find dirt across my walkway to find out. Not pleased with this kind of service.

Since I have been using Massey Services, my lawn is looking fabulous. Charlie, the Tech, addresses all problems he sees immediately and also the ones I point out to him. My lawn remains weed and pest free.
Charlie is knowledgeable and professional. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn and others in my neighborhood have taken up hiring Massey because of it. In spite of the awful clay-based soil, our lawn is lush and beautiful! In fact, the young man that edges our walkways and flower beds says that ours is his favorite lawn because it makes his work look amazing! It is obvious that Charlie’s knowledge, experience, and work ethic contribute greatly to his success and his value to Massey Services and its customers.
