We love Massey Services! We currently use their lawn and pest care services but have also used their irrigation services. We wouldn't want anyone other than Charlie Aube to care for our lawn. He is THE best!!

We love Massey!! We built our house in 2018, and have had Massey from the beginning!
Everything was explained from the start, they treat everything that crawls, flies etc.
We have five cats and they assured us that their products that they use are not toxic to our cats, which is so important, cuz our cats love it outside.

Our yard tech is Charlie.... And let me tell you, he is the man!!!
He was our first technician that we've had, so I feel we are family!!!
He is so kind, he is funny, and so reliable, which to me ....that is 5 star service. He always calls the day before, because of the cats, I have to round them up and bring them in, he knows how important that is.....he never fails.
He is so knowledgeable, he can talk a mean bug story!!
If he doesn't know, he sure will find out!!

We’ve had Massey for a few years now and our lawn and shrubs have never looked so good. I accredited to Charlie. He is an excellent technician and knows a lot about the plants and his helped us with beautifying our home.

I've been using Massey services for termite protection for a little over 4 years. Their home inspector, James Garcia, just completed our annual inspection. He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, I learned a lot about pest control and what to look for in my home. He is a great addition to your team. Well done, James.

I just want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Charley at Massey Services. He’s been taking care of our lawn for years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to his expertise, our lawn looks the best in the neighborhood. He knows exactly what pesticides and treatments to use, and his attention to detail shows. Charley is always professional, respectful, and willing to answer any questions we have. It’s clear he cares about his work and the people he serves. We’ve been fortunate to have him in our community for 15 years, and I can’t recommend him enough. We truly appreciate everything Charley does for us, and we love him for it!

We had Massey take over our lawn care approximately 9 months ago, due to our lawn looking worse every year since we moved in 4 years ago. The lawn technician showed up early, looking very professional, and told us he could have our lawn looking great in a period of a few months. After educating my wife and I, and giving us a course of action to follow with mowing and watering, our lawn is now the best lawn in the neighborhood ! Or technician ( Charlie Aube ) is an absolute Doctor when it comes to lawncare. This lawn has never looked better. My neighbors are all envious of my now perfect lawn ! Outstanding service! Our technician, Charlie, calls prior to coming out to address any concerns we have. He also takes the time to check in the day of service to let us know what was done. We have seen a great improvement in our lawn and will continue to use Massey!

Charlie has been great at providing lawn service to my home through Massey's for a number of years. Since I am back-and-forth between Ohio and Florida, he takes the time to give me a call when he notices things going on with my yard that I may not be aware of. Charlie is a great lawn tech, and I hope he continues to provide such services for years to come.

I hired Massey to treat my lawn a little over a year ago. My St Augustine grass was having a bad fungus disease problem and chinch bugs were causing damage too. The technician that is assigned to care for my lawn is Brian Biesiadecki. Brian has done an excellent job and now my lawn is thick and lush with beautiful color. He takes the time to answer my questions and I would say the service is worth the price charged.

We have been using Massey Services for 6 years. Charlie and Bo have done keep our lawn health and looking great.
We also use Massey for termite prevention.

Charlie Aube is a great employee of Massey always kind, courteous, takes that extra moment to talk with you about your lawn and what would work best for your troubles with your lawn. I’m always happy to see him and he does a great job. Our house also has Massey sub terrain termite baits around our house.

I’ve been using Massey for my lawn care for over two years now, and I’ve had the same lawn service specialist, Charles Aube, since the beginning. Charles is always professional, friendly, and reliable. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, gives me a heads-up on the days he’ll be coming, and even knocks on the door to let me know when he arrives. His positive attitude and great personality make the experience that much better. I truly appreciate his consistency and dedication—he’s a big reason I continue to trust Massey with my lawn care.

We have used a competitor service in two different Florida counties and were unhappy with the competitor both times. Since hiring Charles with Massey we have been very pleased. Our yard looked markedly better within 30 days and has improved every month since. Charles always takes the time to answer any questions we have and give us tips for watering, mowing, etc. We have already recommended their services to friends and family. Everytime I see a great looking lawn in my neighborhood I notice a Massey sign within the month. We were recommended to Massey by a neighbor down the street with a great lawn. Approximately twelve years ago, our lawn and shrubs were in need of something. We thought we might have to replace our lawn. We contacted Massey Services, and we had our first meeting with Charley Aubee. He explained what was necessary to improve our lawn and shrubs. How do i expresss my sentiments about this
Company that hasnt already been said about sliced bread? For one thing, not having enough time for life as it is and having never been able to afford a lawn service in the past, This has been a major blessing in our lives. I have a bad back and my wife has a bad knee. I was reccomended to Michael by reputation from many reccomendations from Facebook. Since then I've come home to a perfectly landscaped lawn and all at an affordable price. I highly reccomend this business to anyone in need of QUALITY at a fair price.

Mike and his team did a really good job on a tough project. All my neighbors are also impressed with what he was able to accomplish with land clearing/grading and tree removal. Would recommend him to others if you need similar work done.

I have to sing the praises of Cut Just Right Lawn Scapes LLC and Michael the owner.
We had 4 gigantic Travelers Palms that had just gotten to be too much.
Michael came and gave us a reasonable estimate, came when he said, and did an AMAZING job of removing the Palms with no damage to anything else.
They got them cut and cleaned up in 5 hours of hard work!
I highly recommend Michael and his company.

I highly recommend Mike Floyd and Cut Just Right, LLC. He has been trimming our trees for 4 years. He is reliable, highly skilled (a tree surgeon- not just a guy w a chainsaw), easy to work with and reasonably priced. He is licensed and insured. His skills are amazing, he cut down a dead 75 foot Norfolk Pine in a closely fenced pool area. It went perfectly. They make sure the work is to our satisfaction and they clean it all up beautifully
