Craig always checks in upon his visit to ask if there have been any issues. He is very pleasant and thorough, never rushing through treatments. He always calls when he is about an hour from our house allowing us to prepare. Hullet is very lucky to have Craig as an employee. He represents Hullet well.

From the beginning Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a mysterious smell coming from one spot in our roof and we thought it might be a dead animal. Joe was able to get out to our house the next day (a Saturday) with no problem. Even after investigating our attic and any entry points, he and his associate were unable to find anything. However, they educated us on the possible causes and sanitized the area at no charge. His partner even was singing Frozen with our toddler daughter! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a critter issue that needs solving.

Joe, the owner and his team are wonderful to work with and their expertise in pest control is amazing. They are also great communicators and explain the whole plan of action to get rid of any problem for you. I hired them for a rodent problem for the HOA that I am president of and would highly recommend them to any homeowner, property management company or HOA.

First off let me say Joe from pro control is amazing. Showed up early, was very professional, explained in detail every aspect of the procedure he was going to complete today from what he was spraying to what area he would concentrate on and the totality of the visit today. Ive used many pest control services and i have not yet to find one that was as in depth as Joe from pro control. He moved appliances, removed plug outlets and treated behind the walls. Lawn was treated and outside perimeter of house was sprayed and treated as well. Very impressed with the thoroughness of pro-control and would highly recommend them to anyone needing there services. Thumbs up!!!!!

Joe came to my house the same day I called and performed the inspection and was out three days later to perform the work. He told us exactly what the problem was and how they would fix it. He explained the process and the cost. The warranty and how it is renewed. I would definitely recommend ProControl for your pest services.

ProControl is doing a great job with my pest control. I am very happy with them. We used to have a ton of ant piles in our yard, and ever since they started coming out we haven’t seen any. I feel so much more comfortable with my kids playing out in the yard!! Awesome customer service and great lawn care!!

Joe is a true professional. He came to my apartment and explained to me in details what was the problem that I was having with my wood cabinet. He treated the cabinet and showed me the termites. Joe also covered his shoes with the plastic so that he would not make my white floor dirty. Clean, punctual and professional. I will recommend him 1000%. Thank you!
