This company is excellent! Joe responded immediately after I put in my request for an estimate. He came on time and was awesome he listened to me and went all around my house and in my attic with extreme detail. He found things two other companies missed. I was so impressed with his expertise and how friendly he was I hired his company on the spot. Chuck and Joe arrived on time for my appointment and did an amazing job clean and precise. Later that evening I called for an emergency and Joe came to my house at 9:30 at night I'm beyond impressed and most importantly rodent free. Will definitely recommend Pro control for any rodent/pest prevention and maintenance.

I was dealing with an ant problem, and they came out quickly and took care of it. I saw a huge difference the same day. By the next day, the ants were completely gone. Professional, friendly, and effective. Highly recommend!

I was shocked and stressed to learn of a major pest issue and can honestly say that I would not have wanted to go through it with any other company out there. We absolutely love James, their pest technician! He is thorough, paying attention to every detail of my bi-monthly service. In addition, he is respectful of me and my property! Always polite and making sure we're not experiencing any issues.
Chuck Black, one of the owners of the company was awesome! He took his time and inspected the entire exterior of our house until he found the innocuous spot where the rodents were making their way into our attic! Thanks to his diligence and experience, we are rodent free and our attic is now ready for him to sanitize and sterilize! We also signed up for his bi-monthly pest control. A locally owned and operated company with excellent customer service!

I was really concerned when I found out I had termites, but ProControl Management Services made the whole process so much easier! From the first call, everyone was super helpful and reassuring. Joe and Savanna were amazing to work with—they took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and really put my mind at ease. The team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job with both the termite treatment and insulation. Now, I feel so much better knowing my home is protected. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with termites or needing insulation. Great service all around!

Joe Mami came for the first inspection, and was very professional and knowledgeable and pointed out possible entry points on our roof and vents .
Chuck Black came the next day and was also very professional, calming and re assuring . He sealed up all possible entry points,

I spoke with Procontrol Pest Control about two weeks ago, and they were very professional and kind from the start. I purchased pest control service over the phone with Savanna in the office, and the entire process was smooth and easy. It’s been two weeks since the service, and I haven’t had any pest issues at all. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely continue using Procontrol for any future pest control needs. The guys at Trinity Trees PSL once again did a fantastic job trimming my Maple tree in my front yard, I get so many compliments on it and have referred my neighbors in which they were also very pleased , keep up the good work, you guys are awesome !!!

Yeah so, a month ago some guy came to my door with Trinity trees business card. I call them and their business didn't seem to professional. But anyway I asked if someone can come out and give me an estimate cause I'm ready to get some trees removed and one tree trimmed down. I was told someone would come by today to give me an estimate & that I'd receive a phone call before the day. That has not happened. I called them several times so far & said to myself, why am I chasing someone to work for me? I gave two stars cause the guy who came to my door was nice. Get someone more professional on answering your phones, she always seems like she's in a hurry. Smh if they come today without zero call I will turn them away.

Job well done. I needed tree trimming done with some obstacles in the way and job was completed seamlessly. Very pleased with results. The crew was on time and courteous. Would hire them again.
