Excellent service! Called to have my pine tree removed and they were next day to remove it. Great customer service! Good people!

Blamed us for the bad job preformed because our grass was wet..
They came and evaluated the yard before giving a quote, then said it loos bad because our grass was tall and wet. Then you should have included that in your quote. $70 for one cut and I will need to call another company to come fix it. Not even all the tasks discussed were preformed.
Called to asked questions and was shoved off told it was my fault.

Adding to this that their below response is false. I was never informed during quote that they weren’t going to do the full job. Nor was I ever told that my grass was too long for us to look nice. This is their profession should not be the first time they had long grass. No one would have been hostile if they didn’t waste our time and money. I had to call another company to fix the yard.

I spoke to Angie when I was in needed some specialty palms trimmed up. They live in the same neighborhood as me and her husband was at my house in 20 minutes to check out the trees and give me an estimate. They were both very easy to communicate with and honest. After talking about what shape I was looking for him and his helper were able to trim all 4 of my trees right then. After the work was finished Jose and I talked for probably half an hour about some more work that I’m looking to have done in the future and just life in general. I would and definitely will hire this company again.

BEWARE! This is a dishonest company. The woman doesn't even call she texts over and over. Money is due up front then changes what was discussed in person. When you ask for what was discussed she adds charges. No written contract. Many other honest companies do not waste your money

They did a great job! They trimmed five palm trees for me. When they were done my property clean and the palm trees looked great!

Myself and my husband hired this company 1 Call Pro Lawn to do some work on my property. In the agreement, they were to trim the east side of my property (clearing away dead leaves from the palms, cleaning the area, ect). Removal of all the stuff (leaves, dead branches, ect). They asked for half the money up front, cash or check, before even starting the work. I agreed to pay and they came to collect the money on Friday July 16th 3 days before work began. They agreed to start on July 19th at 7am.
The company was a no call no show, by 7:30 I was sending messages & calling to find out what happened. At 7:30 I got a text saying they would be "here", they had to empty their trailer out. At 8am I was messaging them again to find out exactly when they might be arriving. I got a message saying "we will be there soon". The company showed up at 9am, 2 hours late. Already a bad sign.
They got to work and at 5pm, there were still lots of big mango branches and lots of other stuff to be removed/raked. Jose & Angie, owners of 1 Call Pro Lawn, then called me over to speak to them around 5:18pm. I was friendly all day, checking on them to make sure they had cold water, ice for their cooler, paper towels to wipe off sweat, ect.
Angie informed me that they were about "80-90% done and they wanted the rest of the payment".
Angie told me they would be back tomorrow to remove all the big branches and clean up the yard on that side. I told her when they were done the next day I would give them the balance owed. Angie and Jose immediately got irate. She threatened to dump her trailer filled with my dead branches all over my lawn and leave. I called my husband over and he asked them if they were not done then why ask for the rest of the money and if they would finish the job tomorrow we would pay them. This was not acceptable to Angie and Jose of 1 Call Pro Lawn. They wanted to get paid now, even though my work was not completed. I told Angie I would pay them immediately after they finished the job the next day. Angie and her husband Jose then proceeded to call the police on me and sit in my yard until the police arrived.
When the police arrived, they heard both sides of the story. Police told them they had 2 options : dump the stuff and leave, or take the stuff away as promised and return the next day, finish the job, and get final payment. They agreed to return today July 20th. I felt very uncomfortable with them here after they were so hostile yesterday afternoon so I left the property, and my husband had instructions on what they needed to complete. Upon arrival Jose was very apologetic about the police incident the previous day, and my husband said just finish the job and we will pay you for sure. My husband pointed out the remaining work to be done, he said he would clear it out, and that was that. When I got back, my husband said that Jose told him if anything needed to be touched up he would return and fix it. I took photos of the dead palm leaves left inside the palm trees. There are 2 of them and they are very neglected. Jose assured me in the beginning that he would 'clean them up'. I spent over 1 hour on my property with Jose during the initial walk through and I very specifically pointed out all the dead palms inside the trees. He assured me he would clean them up. As you can see in the photos, the only thing that was done to them was they removed all the green leaves, which we agreed NOT to do, and they left all the dead palm leaves in the tree. I called Angie to ask her if her husband might be able to come back as he had said he would and clean up the dead palms. Angie told me that was not true, they were done here and she hung up on me. I paid $1680 cash for this work and there are leaves all over the place, lots to be raked up
still. I can't recommend this company as they did not do a good job, and they called the police on me for not paying them before they were finished. I am attaching photos of the palms that I will now have to pay someone else to clean up/ or clean up myself. Waste of money.

Great job ! Trimming my bush

We hired Chase to trim two huge Ficus trees 🌳. He showed up on time did an amazing job and removed all clippings and cuttings as well. Don’t look any further and hire him if you need help in the yard with your trees. He is affordable and trustworthy.

They came onto my property without contact, or permission. They climbed on my roof and put garbage tarp on top of a dangerously damaged section They then left garbage, clothing, and my own ladder strewn about my property. I didn't call them or invite them, but now I have to clean up their mess. They're lucky they didn't fall through my hurricane damaged roof as it is barely braced awaiting construction by what I can only assume is a real company with ethics. Who jumps a fence onto a neighboring property to gawk at hurricane damage, take pictures of someone else's house, and then leaves garbage everywhere? These guys.

Matt and Jared did a lot of quality work at a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend them and we plan on having them come back to do more work.

EXCELLENT WORK!! After years of neglect, Matt & his crew of skilled craftsmen whipped the yard into shape - PRONTO!! They cleared out the (overgrown) "Garden of Eden" backyard, removed vegetation (weeds) that encroached the driveway (gaining 18-24 inches of width), edged the sidewalk and front yard walkway. I wish I called Superior Lawn & Maintenance YEARS AGO!! The "5-Star Rating" IS WELL DESERVED!!

Can't say enough about Matt and Mike. Matt does exactly what he says he's going to do. He shows up on time.....works extremely hard and produces a result that is not only creative but worthy of a GOLD MEDAL. He brings all the equipment necessary to do the job efficiently and timely. Luv you guys.

This was the worst lawn service I have ever used. Matthew did not communicate when services were missed. Lack of communication implies he does not value customers. When asked about making good on missed services already paid for, his response was “Lol you can try to find someone new if you don’t understand the Florida weather.” Quality was poor with missed sections of lawn and edging not done where needed. Highly recommend you find another provider and avoid this business.

rude and unprofessional. like another posted review said, doesn’t communicate about missed services that were paid for, or let you know before you -over pay- that there are stipulations to the service you will actually receive. if you reach out with a question about it, you will be insulted and met with childish text messages in response. i would highly recommend using literally any other local company in jensen. i was a brand new client and i’m glad i found out right away to not waste another dollar of my hard earned money.

Called Superior L&M Services and talked with Matthew. He gave me a verbal price for removal of a Schefflera and replanting of an Areca Palm! Showed up at the appointment time did a Fantastic removal / thorough stump grinding while being very careful of the surrounding area and planted us a beautiful Areca Palm in it's place! AND the bill was exactly what he had quoted! He also gave some suggestion on some further landscaping that we may be doing! Thank you!
