Joe, the exterminator that took of my honey bee infestation, was excellent! Very personable, professional and reliable. He is very knowledgeable in his field and followed up reliably. I would strongly recommend this Pest Control company!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe after at pest 😬 infestation at home. Joe was quick to get to business and handle the situation very professionally. Joe was very thorough at everything he did, always keeping me informed and involved. Joe has an excellent, trustworthy business and staff- Albert like Joe always went above and beyond his duties. If you are looking to get rid of pest- for once and for all, fast with honest quality service... do not look any further. They got this 100%.

I am a contractor and I have used this company since I first opened my business. They are always on time and responsive. I've never used anyone else for my pre-treat because they have always been very easy to work with and never felt the need to contact anyone else.

Joe and his partner chuck are amazing! Super nice and professional. We are happy to have found them! If yall have any issues with rodents bugs whatever else call this company they will be there asap! Overall great experience! Thank you guys!

Initially, Joseph was friendly, accommodating, honest, and professional. He gave up front options for tent or no tent. Sorry to say that his follow up should have been better. He gives appointments weeks ahead, while termites are feasting on your house. Called him two weeks ago for an appointment. Never called back.L had to call him again a week ago. Then he said he could come the following week during my working hours. I said I needed to be at home when he comes over, after 3pm. To date, he has not called me. I really thought I paid his salary. Of course he already got my money. I would NOT recommend his services/company to any one. Karma comes around.

They were good when we had them. We had to temporarily cancel service due to financial reasons, in which we communicated to them. I even called to ask if there’s any way to reduce the cost, in which I was told no. Once I was financially able to start service after a couple months, they wanted to charge me an additional $50 to “re-start” the service. Unfortunately they lost a customer over this.

Pro Control came out and completed a very thorough inspection and spray down of our house inside and out. Chuck was a joy to work with and since he was at our house, we haven't seen any ants. He also was able to take care of termites inside our outside bar which we never thought we would get rid of! Definitely recommend this company!!!!

Joe was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made sure he explained everything to me before, during and after the whole process and was very thorough with every step of the inspection and installation. I would definitely recommend them time and time again!

Wife and I were at the end of a renovation, doing some last minute work on a home when we discovered some termite damage. My wife called and Joe came over right away. He spent quite a bit of time walking the home, discussing the issues and even waited while I removed some siding to further inspect. We decided to proceed with their services. However Joe was initially booked until the following week. Our issue was we had tenants moving in that weekend. Joe re-arranged some things and came the next day to personally do the job. He was polite, respectful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We will continue to use his services in the future. I have him coming to look at some things at our personal home in vero.

I highly recommend this service we discovered powder post beetles in our attic, and we have foam insulation and I couldn’t find anyone that would remove the foam insulation and I did not want to fumigate the house because of the toxins. These people came in with a wonderful solution, and a spray to eradicate, and to prevent Powder Post beetles great experience. Great guys worked hard, on time went beyond. great value highly recommend pro control.

Following a thorough inspection of our attic Joe MamI & his associate determined that there was a ‘moderate’ infestation of wood boring beetles in our home’s structural beams. They validated the damage with on-site photos & presented a reasonable cost analysis, which included a full-warranty & follow-up inspection. All in all, their return visit to exterminate was timely & trouble-free. Mike & his associate were careful, considerate & very professional throughout the process. Afterward, we could only imagine the potential for preemptive services, especially for the vast number of new homes being built throughout Port St.Lucie. Calling Pro Control for a free inspection now just might save your home from the unknown.

Pro Control is awesome! My husband and I just bought a house and were finding all kinds of little critters all over the place. So we called this pest control company and scheduled an appointment w them right away. They were so great! Chuck came out and was SO helpful and friendly! Very professional. He answered all of our questions, and most importantly took care of our bug problem. We have not seen a bug in our home since! Definitely recommend.

This company is the best! Took care of my German Roaches for property I manage. I’m glad I found them, it’s hard to find quality services. I will definitely recommend to others! They show up on time, they provided more than expected and their prices are great! Took their time explaining my treatment plan. There are a lot of other companies that are pushing things you don’t want and are quick to auto enroll payment. Joseph has great follow up and gave me much ease with choosing their company! I moved my camper out of storage and I discovered a bee hive inside the rear and a wasp nest on the side. I called ProControl over the weekend and I didn't expect a call back until Monday. Joe from ProControl called me back within minutes. I explained my situation and we made an appointment for Sunday morning. Joe showed up and inspected my camper. He went over a few options on how to handle the situation. He explained what chemicals he would be using and how he would apply them. We came up with a plan and he took care of the issue. After he was done he explained what would happen over the next few days with bees returning to the hive and robber bees. He sealed off the areas and then reviewed everything again. The bees / wasps have not returned. Joe not only took care of my problem but gave amazing customer service. It is rare to find a company who actually cares about their customer. It is also rare to find a service provider who will go into such great detail explaining everything. Great company, great experience.

I simply cannot thank them enough for their unbelievably prompt service and their care and attention to detail in a horrific problem. I was a bit of a lunatic because I couldn't believe I had rodents inside my home!!! My biggest fear without question. I called them after hours, I had a call back from Joe in less than 10 minutes, and they were there the next day. They are absolute pros!! Now less than a week later they are almost completely eradicated. I can finally sleep at night. Thank you so much Joe and your team you are amazing!!

Review- Love this Company! The office is always so nice. Chuck is awesome, listens to my concerns and is very informative! My yard is beautiful and no bugs ever! Most importantly to me is that I have an all organic, butterfly garden and they make sure to keep any "stuff" away from a thriving garden! 10 stars!

I was reading the reviews of this company on Sunday because we found a few bugs in our new home after reading about the company I sent the number to my husband and he then called and left a message and to our surprise Joe called him back shortly after and honestly we were not expecting a call back until Monday so after speaking with to him for a while and the information that he provided to my husband we went ahead and scheduled an appointment and Joe came out the very next morning and him and his partner put little covers on their feet (which I’m super ocd about my floors I have a baby and children) and came in and were so very polite and explained everything in great detail. I have not been this happy with a company in a very long time so I look forward to having them service our home for many years. If you are looking for an honest and good company I highly recommend ProControl!!!
