A five-star experience from start to finish! Victoria was very kind and immediately scheduled an estimate. David, her husband and co-owner, arrived on time and explained exactly what work needed to be done. His estimate was incredibly reasonable and well worth it! My estimate was completed on a Saturday, and David and his team arrived on Tuesday afternoon. David was also kind enough to cut off a tree limb in our front yard at no charge. What a wonderful, family-owned company that I will happily use again!

I couldn’t have received any better service. I had numerous trees that had fallen across my driveway from a recent storm and I needed to gas for my generator and propane for my furnace. Ross Family tree service was my first call for help. They came right out and removed the trees off the driveway in an UTV since the roads in my area were impassable vehicle. I am a customer for life.

These guys did an awesome job. Very careful where they dropped trees. Went above and beyond what was expected. Even cut up and stacked a large tree without being asked.

The tree in our front yard was a serious danger to our family. It was dead, splitting, and we were afraid it would fall on our house. Over the years, we called several companies, but either they didn’t show up or quoted us outrageous prices.
On a Friday afternoon, I texted the number on their website. By Sunday morning, Victoria responded and asked if they could come by the next day. She gave me an estimated time and even updated me when they left their previous job, arriving right on time. They provided a very reasonable quote and said they’d be in touch to schedule the work.
The following Sunday, Victoria texted again to let us know they’d be by the next day—and once again, they showed up exactly on time! They cut the tree down enough so that it was no longer a danger to our home, and they did an AMAZING job. They cleaned up everything, and the price was exactly as quoted.
Saying we’re relieved is an understatement! Having this tree taken care of is a huge weight off our shoulders. I would 1,000% recommend Ross Family Tree Service to anyone needing tree work. Thank you for your professionalism, reliability, and excellent service!

I had him take down some rotten limbs in a tree by the driveway.he gave estimate and cut the limbs the same day within hours.not gonna beat his prices they where great and the quality and cleanup top notch.definitely gonna get more work from his crew.give them 5 stars.

Let's be clear... When I say one star, I mean zero. They may do great work, but I'll never know. We TRIED TO HIRE THIS GUY; he blew my husband off twice. We started home all day Saturday waiting for him; no show no call. STILL NO CALL. I'm reMINDed of a picture of a dead possum with a yellow line painted down the middle of it's back as it lies in the middle of the highway that was captioned "NOT MY JOB." Ironically I'm not reminded bc it reflects people's attitudes toward work these days, but rather because... Well, "not my job?" Dang right it ain't your job.

My neighbor's tree will be off my house tomorrow; you didn't get the job so I hope you didn't NEED the job; I'd made up my mind by the time you were an hour late that we weren't hiring you. Whether you were interested or not, calling us would've been common courtesy.

They were so resonable in price and did an excellent job in removing several trees. The owner leaves your property all cleaned up. Professional no doubt !!

On time and very professional ray and his crew did a excellent job removing the 60+ foot red oak yard and roof was clean.Good wood crew cheaper than all other quotes excellent and quality work done .

Mr. Dodd and his crew showwed up on time and completed the jobs he said he would made it look easy. Cleaned up after the job was complete. They were very proffetional and polite. If i need more tree work in the future i have no doubt who im calling plus very reasonable pricing. Thank you.

We couldn't ask for better service. Ray and his helper were very friendly and their work was done as per our our instructions. We had about 9 trees heavily trimmed and cut and it was completed and all mess cleared away today. Great work and service!

Ray came out and took care of some problematic trees. When I asked about cutting of trees not originally in the scope of work,
it wasn't an issue and all and without hesitation he took care of them also. Showed what service and professionalism should be. Highly recommend. Great communication prior to and during work as well.
