Justin and his crew are amazing. He came out and gave us an estimate to prune some trees which we felt was a good price. He also told us which trees he recommended we remove which we appreciated. His knowledge of trees is truly amazing!!!!! Workers are professional, courteous and hard working... I would highly recommend this company..and will use them in the future...

Extremely professional, Informed of the date when the work would be started and completed, Very thorough, and excellent cleanup. Each man on the crew had a job, and everyone stayed busy and assisted each other through out. Justin the owner made great suggestions, and all work was completed ahead of time and done well. Very reasonable and very respectful of the property. When needed, I will use the Hard Knot Tree Service again.

After shopping around for a tree removal and trimming services. I ultimately went with Hard Knot Tree service due to the fact that Justin made time from his busy schedule to survey and answer all my questions in person. After seeing the finish product I’m very glad I did. Followed the scope of work agreed upon and did it in a very fast and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

Hard Knot Tree Service did an excellent job removing a large problem tree from my yard. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up the limbs and debris. It had rained and was very muddy, but Justin came back the next day and put down grass seed where the lawn was messed up. I did not request the service, but it was kind of him to do it. I am grateful for their good work.

Hard Knot Tree Service just finished trimming several big limbs from several big trees on my property. From the moment I met the owner, Justin, I knew I'd found the right company to perform this work. Truly a professional, down to earth fellow who I could tell values being honest and trustworthy. He graciously worked my job into his busy schedule since time was of the essence. His office emailed me the contract (equally impressive with this because it's the first time I've had to sign a contract which I value). Truly professionals!! I was impressed that he's a certified arborist. If I'm not mistaken, he's only one of a few in Clarksville/Montgomery County. His crew foreman and crew arrived on time, took the time to introduce themselves, reviewed and discussed what I wanted done and went right to work. I watched the work being done and was thoroughly impressed. Being from a family that owned a logging business and doing some actual tree work myself, I could tell they take their jobs seriously and know what they're doing. Safety, no doubt, was paramount to all of them. The final job of cleaning the site was just as important to them as the actual tree work and I was equally impressed with this as well. If you're looking to have tree work done, look no where else but to this company. You won't be disappointed!!

Hard Knot Tree Services is amazing! I hired them while deployed to remove a troublesome tree limb. They offered the best price! They were very easy to work with despite me not being there; they sent very clear before and after pictures of the tree limb removal. What made it even better was their online payment! They were extremely responsive to my emails and texts, and had the job done the very next day after hiring. You won’t regret choosing Hard Knot!

The whole crue was polite, respectful and professional. They did good quality work and took extra precautions to protect my property and my neighbors properties. They cleaned up my property after job was finished, was cleaner than when they started. Had a couple extra things to add to the job, was given a good price and extras where taking care of the same day. Would recommend Hard Knot Tree Services to anyone who wants a good price with professional services.

Justin and his crew did an amazing job removing the massive pine tree in my front yard. Very respectful company. They were efficient, committed and hardworking. Arrived each day on time and worked their hardest at the job at hand. From the beginning to the end with clean up and all. Paid a great price and would recommend them to anyone. And will definitely hire him again.

This crew is unbelievably easy to work with and their prices are fair. I've used them a few times and its always some giant, half rotten tree that's right by the house or a tree that already fell on the house during a storm. Regardless, the job was done as agreed, in a timely manner and most importantly... safely.

Justin and his crew did a great job on our trees. We had three really big trees close to our house and garages one needed to be taken down the other two just needed to be trimmed back. They had all of it done in two days they were quick even with all the safety precautions they take I was very impressed by the way they prepair their gear before they start climbing the tree. They did a great job. Before they left they cleaned all the sidewalks off and the driveway. They didn't leave a mess. I would definitely recommend them for any job you have small or large. Their very professional and friendly and well educated when it comes to trees we learned alot about trees just from talking to Justin. Justin and his team were highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. His team was very efficient in removing our tree as well as fairly priced. Hands down would recommend this company. They went above and beyond all expectations! I wouldn't even waste your time getting quotes from someone else because Justin and his team will beat it with their prices and quality of work! I had recently bought a house with about 10 trees in the front yard that were not taken care of. I called Hard Knot and within 30 minutes I had Justin show up to look at them and give me an estimate on how much it would run me to remove them. Him and his wife were patient and kind and willing to take their time to educate me on what they recommended. Justin was able to work out a payment plan with me and I cannot express how grateful I am for that. On the day of service they worked fast and immediately cleaned up their mess and then some. Even put my mailbox back better than before! They even cut down some other old stumps on my property that had continued to grow and trimmed some other trees FOR FREE! 10/10 recommend and will be back for all future projects I may need!

Justin and his team have been wonderful. They are professional, work incredibly hard & are extremely knowledgeable. We’ve had them remove a total of 3 trees from our yard and they have done an amazing job - start to finish (including reassembling our gate & clean-up down to the last leaf.) I hired Hard Knot Tree Service to remove three large, dead trees from my yard. Justin came out the same day I called to give me a quote. The quote was much more reasonable than other tree services I had contacted. I signed a contract with Hard Knot Tree Service the same day. Justin gave me a start date and end date, and both were met. Justin and his crew were very professional. They worked through rain, sleet, snow, and ice to cut down my trees. When they were done, they hauled the wood away and replaced fencing that had to be taken down during the tree removal process. I was extremely impressed with their hard work and professionalism. I recently had to cut down a diseased tree in my yard but didn't have the equipment to remove the stump myself. I was recommended to Justin for stump grinding, and he exceeded my expectations. Justin was incredibly communicative, friendly, and quick. Within an hour of our phone call, he was at my house doing the work. His efficiency and the quality of his work were top-tier. Hard Knot Tree service was one of the top recommendation when we took to Facebook looking for tree removal. Justin reached out came to our home listen to my concerns. He not only listened but made a few suggestions as well. we would recommend this veteran own company again and again. He reached out the day of service to let us know of the weather concerns and what the equipment would do to our yard. Postpone his service. and they showed and got the job done. They are professional, kind and dedicated workers. You can tell they enjoy what they do!

Justin and his team recently removed two large trees from my back yard. One tree had been nearly toppled during a recent storm and was arching precariously over the back of my storage shed. The other tree was larger still but, unfortunately, dying.

I was given a reasonable quote for the work. They arrived when they said they would, and did and outstanding job.

The whole team was professional and quite skilled at their jobs. They also cleaned the site well.

Anytime I need tree service in the future, Hard Knot is who I will call. You would do well to call them also if you need expert tree service.

Justin does amazing work. A+ communication, professionalism and couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. Call them!! You won’t be disappointed.

I definitely recommend these guys. They are very professional, polite and thorough. They did a fantastic job cutting down 2 of our trees. You can tell they like what they do and are proud of their work. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. Kept us informed. The day the came was one of the hottest days we we’ve had. I think the heat index was 109. But they worked through it. They did end up coming back another day once the heat wave passed to finish up and do the last bit. Such a great company. We will definitely be contacting them again for any of our tree needs.
