From calling to place a work order to the detailed communication with the technician on site to the completion of the work I have had continuous great service with this company! I had them do work on commercial building we recently acquired and received this compliment from a tenant: "Paul was here this morning to fix the HVAC problem. He was professional, cleaned up and put everything back the way he found it, and most importantly, solved the problem we have had for the past two years." I've had the personal experience of working with Jeff, Paul and Nate and they don't give a feeling of being there just to punch a clock but that they care about the issues at hand and finding a true solution.

When the cool breeze from my A/C suddenly turned into a warm gust, I knew it was time for a check-up. The technician arrived just 30 minutes after my call and demonstrated remarkable expertise. I was in need of replacing our upstairs air conditioning unit. I had some quotes from local contractors and saw ABCool's ad in the newspaper, I called and made a appointment for a estimate. Mannie came and looked at our systems and sent us a estimate. ABCool's price was reasonable and better than any of the other estimates we received. Mannie was able to get us financing for a second unit. We scheduled a date and ABCool's Brian and his team came and installed both upstairs and downstairs systems in one day. We are extremely pleased with the new Trane air conditioner systems ABCool installed for us and are looking forward to many years of comfort and lower power bills!

We had a great experience with this company..we had a new system installed with them..Brian was very informative when he came to our home to discuss our options. Just used ABCool to replace my upstairs unit, sent them to my Mothers home to replace her unit, and currently using them to for the unit in our remodel. It has a been a pleasure working with Mr. Wooden and his team! Brian and Mr. Smith are very timely and professional. I tend to ask quite a few questions which were answer quickly and in detail. We even had "an operator error" with our thermostat that they quickly came out to resolve, took the time to educate us on use, all at no charge. I thought their service level alone was worth taking a moment to write a review!

I called AB Cool & Heat about a month ago because my system was not blowing cold. Technician Naron came out and serviced my unit. He was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, because I had a lot of questions. I would use/recommend AC Cool & Heat for future AC services.

Austin did an excellent job with his crew to install my new HVAC system. It is very comfortable in the house now and air is much better distributed. He also ensured all debris was removed prior to leaving the job. I would have liked to have some additional insulation around my ductwork, however.

I called Cajun Comfort for a whole house generator quote. Cajun Comfort's price is outright price gouging. Best advice I can share for those in the whole house generator market is to look up the price of the materials they quote you and then subtract that from the quote, what you have left is at most 2 days labor.
