Had a no flame problem with my heater. It was easy to schedule the appointment and they were right on time. Shawn did a great job troubleshooting then getting the part and replacing it to get me back in service. Easy scheduling, on time, great attitude, and went the extra mile taking care of the problem with a reasonable rate... Great Job!

Drew and Trey were my technicians. They performed routine maintenance on my HVAC, explained everything they were going to do in detail, and explained the results. Great service and I look forward to using them again in the future, but not too soon.

I love the way that the company send a text informing you of which technician is coming to your house as well as when they should arrive. They also give you the work experience for the technician in the text. I have had Eddie and Shane come out to the house for multiple calls throughout the last few years and they both have definitely exceeded my expectations every time. I would highly recommend the company.

I’ve had nothing except great service from Cajun Comfort. When my old generator was struck by lightning they were very helpful with dealing with the insurance company with their detailed report. They installed my new generator within a week of placing the order.

My recent experience with replacement of one of my air conditioning systems at my home was outstanding. Beginning with Phillip helping me with choosing the right system for me and execution of the replacement by Preston and his crew. The installation was flawless. I appreciated the fact that they maintained good housekeeping during the entire process, starting with protecting my carpeting and flooring with drop clothes. Starting with Preston and including his entire crew, these guys did it right. Thanks again to all involved. Very satisfied customer!!

Installation crew was extremely polite and respectful and very knowledgeable. They worked well together and completed the installation in two days. The office staff was also very knowledgeable and polite as well.

I had my AC repaired recently and also had a new hot water heater installed. Cajun Comfort is always professional and courteous. They also respond very quickly. Brandon repaired my AC. Cory, Preston and Jeremy installed my hot water heater. All of these guys did a great job!!! The office staff is also always very professional, and they have great customer service. Would highly recommend Cajun comfort!!!!

Hannah and Leah were patient with me and got me scheduled as soon as they could. They were pleasant to talk to and walked me through the process of getting a technician out to my home. The best part about the experience was that I got a text of who was coming over to my house, so I knew who to expect. Shane and Drew worked on my unit in a timely manner and did some troubleshooting before figuring out the solution. They didn’t leave until they knew it was perfectly fixed. After a thorough check-up of my A/C system, I feel more confident heading into the warmer months. The technician arrived right on schedule and was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what he was doing. He spent about 45 minutes ensuring everything ran smoothly and gave useful tips for maintaining efficiency. It's great to have peace of mind knowing my system is in good shape.
