I had a problem with a noise I was hearing so called and someone came out within couple hours to check it, There was a part needed to be he replaced. Now its blowing good heat. Just in time for freezing weather. Thanks so much Drew Schafer.

Phillip was part of the Cajun Comfort team that installed the AC and electrical at my new construction home. Cajun Comfort did an excellent job guiding me through the process of replacing my current HVAC system. Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received three quotes from other reputable companies, but they came back very affordable and more importantly made me comfortable trusting them. The install was quick and painless. The workers were all friendly and very respectful of my home. They left the house spotless and installed a new HVAC system and ducts in less than a day. Afterwards, Shane setup my new thermostat and walked me through every step I would genuinely recommend them to anyone.

Was very pleased with lead installer Brian F and his co-workers Austin J & Kris B, also technician Shane M. Their quality work, communication and overall attitudes impressed me when changing out my A/C & Heating system, Cajun Comfort should be very happy to have these men working for them.

We arrived home from vacation and realized our AC wasn’t working. Desperate to sleep in my own bed I called Cajun Comfort at 8:10pm. By 8:25pm our savior Shane had arrived. I'm a first time customer and my Customer Solution Representative Brandon was awesome! He checked my a/c throughouly and found the problem and fixed it right then and there. A poor lizard fried itself on my capacitor causing my box trip. Brandon replaced it and my a/c is working like it should. All I can say is thank you, thank you! Our heater went out on a Sunday and my house was 57 degrees! I called and Mr. Philip was her in less than 30 minutes. He got us up and running. Also, the office staff are phenomenal.

Had the folks at Cajun Comfort evaluate our two house central units, and they thoroughly explained upcoming need for replacement, time-frames and budget ideas as well as recommendations for best approach for ensuring we would not be without climate control. On time and exactly as promised, the whole team from Cajun Comfort arrived one morning and, under the direction of Shane they had totally replaced all parts both outside and within our home by late afternoon. The Cajun Comfort team worked in concert with one another in a most professional, thorough, and dedicated manner to smoothly transform our aged system into two new units. Also, on the day following installation, Shane showed up to densure that all was working well and to make sure we were informed about and happy with our new system. The end product is a clear reflection of the Cajun Comfort team's thoroughness and considerate application of knowledge and experience, something of which the entire staff of Cajun Comfort should be most proud. We are most appreciative, and with absolutely no hesitation we respectfully recommend them to everyone's attention.

Our AC stopped working on a Friday late afternoon! I called and within a few hours (after 5pm) Eddie showed up to save the day. I got a text showing me a picture of what he looked like which was an amazing detail. He got straight to work and explained what it was and what he needs to do to fix it. He had the unit up and running in less than an hour. Although the problem was a part, Eddie also took his time to clean out the unit. Our AC has always been a problem keeping up with the heat and my house would go up to 77 but now it doesn’t go above 71!!!! The price was extremely reasonable being after hours and coming on the same day I called. I recommend this company to everyone. My first time using them but it will not be my last.

Scott R performed annual maintenance on my home generator today which wasn’t his first time at my residence to work on it. He is always very polite, professional, prompt and knows his trade well. I’m also very impressed with the company which sends a text to let you know they are on the way and a picture of the technician! Excellent service!
