Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Described what I was looking for and they knew exactly what it was right off the bat and had it in stock. Was able to pick up the part and got HVAC system back up and running so my three week old son didn't freeze in the house.

Brought in an old inducer fan from an old Amana furnace that I couldn't get the model off of. They were extremely helpful and they were able to get the new part number and even had it in stock. Great price and was back with heat in no time.

I had such a great experience with this company. I dealt with prefabricated and custom fabricated ducting and I have to tell you they are AMAZING! Turnover time for custom work is also super fast. I highly recommend this company!

I had an emergency with a water heater breaking recently in Nashua and Mason came and took care of if that day, removing the old one and installing a new water heater.High quality work and extremely professional. If you are looking for a great company to install your tank less water heater and to service your furnace, this is your company!! Efficient, cost effective and super clean!! All my questions have been answered and any concerns answered right away! Not ever having a filter system or tank less warer heater I had lots of questions and Mike was able to walk me through it so my mind was at ease!!! Thanks to him, I never run out of hot water!!!

Where do I start, Mike and Mason are the absolute best, they check all the boxes....communicative, respectful, responsive, neat, thoughtful, clever. I have an older house in the north end (nothing is easy) and they have done some major jobs such as adding whole house AC and a complete new heating system. The thoughtfulness and care they take with the installation is off the charts, everything is neat and labeled (see the pic, it is a work of art). And the install is done with an appreciation that it will need to be maintained so they add extra shut off valves etc, to make it easy to repair in the future.

It doesn't there, their care continues, they watch over my system as if it were their own, and jump on any issues. They are always there and extremely dependable, sometimes I feel like I have my own personal HVAC team.

Not only do I feel very fortunate to have the services of Mike and Mason, my house feels very fortunate too, it is always happy to see Mike and Mason show up.

Honest and Fair Pricing!I highly recommend Dane Heating! Mike and his son, Mason, arrived right on time and were incredibly professional. Instead of pushing for expensive, unnecessary repairs, they quickly diagnosed that my AC was just one pound low on refrigerant and had a very dirty coil. They washed the coils thoroughly and topped off the system. The AC is now running perfectly and cooling the house down. It’s hard to find an honest HVAC company that won't overcharge you—I will absolutely use them again!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Vachon's Heating and Air Conditioning. My neighbor also uses them, and we schedule our cleanings on the same day. They are very polite, prompt and explain things. Always communicate if they are delayed for unforeseen circumstances. I am very happy with their service.

Being new to the area, Vachon’s came highly recommended by locals. Great local family company to do business with. From the initial call to set up an appointment to any other issues they were fast to respond to calls and calls for service. We were able to get an appointment rather quickly to have dual mini-splits installed in our home. The installation was very clean. When we had questions about the use of the Haier mini split (since owners manuals tend to be non-existent these days), Mike was happy to come out and give us a refresher course on the use. They have great customer service as well. Highly recommend them.
